They made my rice bowl without rice. The manager took my name and phone offered a free replacement. So I go in today and another employee is working who says I have to come back when the manager is present. Lol seriously subway? Have to visit at least 3 times just to get my order correct?

Here is the amount of stuffing on my all vegetable sub after me telling to add extra of everything : 5 tomatoes 7 cucumber slices, 4 pickle slices, NO OLIVES at all, 3 slices of jalapeños, 3 slices of bell pepper, 4 leaf of spinach, lettuce was ok, 5 lines of green pepper, 6-7 lines of onion. I mean what the hell happened to the subway we knew 5 years ago. The prices are 40% up and quantities and 40% down. And the service was super hasty as if they won’t get paid if they don’t serve paying little more attention on each customer’s order. I hope you ( the owner) learn from this. As your profits won’t grow if your quality and quantities go down. It will only repel more customers. Like me, never coming back to this subway, and my friends and family will not be visiting as well. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at the Subway store today. The employee was incredibly rude, argued with me, and seemed unable to make a custom sandwich to my liking. Their lack of customer service skills left me unsatisfied with my visit. I had to leave without ordering, and I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this store. It’s unfortunate because I’ve never had a problem with other stores from the same food chain.

Worst service ever, I went there a couple of minutes back and couldn’t stop myself from writing this review, the girl working there named Preeti may be was horrible at her service, too rude, didn’t even add toppings to my sub properly.

Bad service, one too many times. They serve old food, soup was not consumable and veggies are old. Owner needs to be held responsible for running this location without meeting safety standards
