Store closing timings are 9.30 PM but the girl who was working there locked the store and was doing some paperwork, we were there at 9.22 PM. If you don’t wanna serve just update your timings accordingly.

Had one employee only, and the other looked like they were making their own sandwich because they kept pausing to decide what to put on it. Waited around 10 minutes while two people were ahead of me.
Bread was very stale (hard to bite.) Tomatoes tasted like they had been sitting out for multiple days. (They were dark red.) Rotisserie chicken was dry. 🤷♀️

I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sub and was looking forward to it during my visit! However, I found the experience a bit underwhelming. The toppings were minimal—just three spinach leaves and four onion strings on my sub, which I thought was ridiculous. Watching the server prepare my meal was interesting, although I wish they had been friendlier. I hesitated to ask for more toppings and left with a bad experience. Worst Subway I've visited. Everything was a miss on this one.
That Gujarati aunty who’s making the sub she’s arrogant. When I asked her to put more of the normal things she was rude and cheap about it. Never visit this store again. Cheap owners and cheap about every portion sizes.

Unfortunately, the service at this Subway location was disappointing. We went in to use a coupon deal, but initially, no one acknowledged us. When we were finally assisted, we were told that they weren’t participating in the deal, without any attempt to offer an alternative or explanation.
I’ve consistently had positive experiences at other Subway locations, where staff have been helpful—even going so far as to manually apply coupons when systems were down. Compared to those experiences, this visit was by far the worst. I hope the management takes steps to improve both customer service and communication moving forward.
Just went in and the owner (women) was making my order and when making my order I asked for extra pickles and extra cucumbers she proceeded to ignore me the first time so I asked again and I asked again she proceeds to grab a single cucumber and cut it in half I then asked her why she always cheaps out being that she’s the owner she advised that “subway isn’t a free place” and I advised well I’m paying for it I understand nothing is free if you are in the area go to the location on Walker as this location will never satisfy you if you ever ask for anything extra.
I have never had a problem with the subways but the last 2 times I've tried to go, they've closed 20 minutes early and don't let me come inside. Frustrating when the sign says 630 on a Sunday and it's 610 and I have to go somewhere else.
Cheap cheap cheap with the toppings.
I'm not sure what her name is, but the lady working around 3pm was amazing. Great communication and great customer service. She was also very sweet
