I visited this store on 10th Dec'24 Tuesday. There was a lady at the store. When I called her to order she just ignored me and my friend. Later when I was ordering 2 Tandoori spiced mozza footlong she just kept charging me extra for everything I ask her to put...l paid extra for fried onions, Parmesan cheese sprinkle on the top at last. It's been an year or more eating at Subway I have never paid extra for such items and upon asking her this she was arguing with me that this is how it's made and manager told me so. After all this she didn't even cut our subs properly, it was all falling apart and food was tasting stale.Horrible experience, horrible staff, horrible food as well.

They should know how to make sub . Also should have presence of mind while working.
While interacting with customer you can’t say I don’t know. Ask someone who is trained enough if you don’t know.

We had food from, we got 2 sub footlong from here, worst customer service ever. Sub artist did not know anything how to cut a bread along with that, how to make. Lastly, I asked could u make a mark which one belongs to whom but she told me I don't know...Lastly, drink is really good

HORRIBLE PLACE. I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. Came to this location after ordering online and waited patiently for 40 MINUTES. People that ordered after me already received their orders and I didn’t. After I asked the worker, she said they didn’t have any Italian herb bread left, so she asked if white was ok. After another 10 minutes, she told me there was no bread at all and that they were closing the store. I went over and they had a bunch of bread, so I asked why I wasn’t being served. She replied with “we don’t have any meat or toppings”. if you don’t have the ingredients, why are you opening a shop?! They said that the boss would give me a refund online after 5 business days, but when I asked for proof of the refund or if I could talk to the boss to confirm, the boss wouldn’t let me speak to him. I only wanted the proof because 5 days is too long, and without proof, how would I get my refund if they pretended I got my sub? When I asked for a cash refund, they called security. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience here too!! Wont ever be coming here again. DO NOT COME HERE. I’d rather starve than eat here ever again. Horrible customer service and no food.

I went here on Tuesday between 3-5 PM, a black lady was behind the counter and I ordered the sub grilled and toasted, and I got neither of it. Later, she didn't even applied the offer from the app on my friend's sub. Was rude and didn't even take the order properly.

Tried using a physical coupon for 3 dollar off Subway Series sub and the employee would not accept the coupon. I do wish all Subway locations including the malls would accept physical coupons. Quite a shame and a bit ridiculous if you asked me. Oh well what can you do I guess!

I made an online order of footlong Chimichurri Steak & Cheese but i didn’t even get any of the sauces I’ve added to my sub. The main problem was I didn’t even get the Chimichurri sauce which makes my sub not worth according to the price I paid for it.

Went across the street to firehouse subs…where I was greeted, and promptly served.

Twice I ordered DoorDash from this location and both times they screwed up. First time I ordered two subs and got the wrong breads for both. Second time I ordered mustard and got Nashville hot sauce. It's like they don't read the order. Never getting anything from this location again.
