Going through comments very relatable responses and reviews. I work at the mall so I get Subway at least twice a week. The girl that works there is very rude and her attitude is very unpleasant. Today I asked if you had better cucumbers so she snipped at me. I decided not to proceed with the order because of her attitude. I paid with the credit card so when I asked for the refund she gave me cash, I refused cash and asked to credit back my card so her reaction was smashing the cashier drawer wow !! The owner of this place has to take actions because I am not going there as long as this girl serves there. Most reviews has the same scripts ..

DO NOT GET FOOD HERE. The SERVICE was a -0 OUT OF 10. This one lady that was serving me had the worst attitude she had BLUE EYES and had a facemask. And when I asked for more pickles as she threw them on my sub… SO AGGRESSIVELY. AND SHE LITERALLY PICKED A FIGHT WITH THE LADY NEXT TO ME… THAT WANTED TO USE THE BATHROOM. FOOD WAS BAD Prepared. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST THING ON EARTH.

Orderd a turkey BLT with hot peppers, called back to complain about the sandwich having only 2 small pieces of turkey and 2 banana peppers. The whole sub was basically bread and sauce and the manager had the nerve to blame the skip driver. Never ordering from this place

Worst Subway in the Galaxy. They charge more than the other subways, but have subs of much lower quality than the other stores. Pizza sauce tastes like water as it is very clearly watered down. My sub was also completely squished, and was only cut half way. Always avoid this subway as it just tastes terrible. ?

Very rude girl. She doesn't even know how to cut a sub. She prepared the sub upside down. After we paid she didn't even ask us for a receipt, she went inside and started using her phone. Very bad customer experience.Fun fact- Most of subway employees don't even know how to make sub.

Food was normal Subway food. My issue is the service. There was only one person work need two and the young lady working today could hear what people were asking for due to the ear buds in her ears. There is no reason why she should have ear buds in when she is at work she should be

DONT COME HERE! Honestly definitely the worst location in Windsor. The workers here have veryyy veryyy poor customer service. They always close SUPER early. Like almost every day. Veggies are always brown and wilted. Workers literally squish the bread and always talk on the phone while making your food. They need new staff as they don’t follow the standards ever!

Normally I don’t leave reviews for places but I’ve seen this happen far too many times at this location to not warn people. Whenever they make your sandwich ask them to change their gloves because chances are they handled cash or cleaning products without changing them. I was just there and the girl who cashed me out (with cash) handled my change and then continued to take fresh cookies off a baking sheet and place them in the display cabinet without taking the gloves off or washing her hands. This isn’t the first instance either. I walked in while someone was cleaning and they proceeded to ask me what I wanted without changing. It’s bizarre to me how people can be so openly un hygienic !
