I ordered last night and when the order got home i was surprised with the quantity and that nothing i ordered was there... the bowl not even full.. none of the toppings on ... wrong bread no extra meat no cheese and barely any sauce.

Vijay is hands down one of the best sandwich artists I’ve had at Subway. He’s extremely professional and genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy and satisfied with your order. He takes his time, listens, and clearly enjoys what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. Great attitude, great service, and a great experience every time. Subway is lucky to have him.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your Subway location around 2 pm.
During my visit, I ordered two six sandwich and specifically did not want it overly toasted. However, the staff member name Avi toasted the sandwich far longer than requested. As a result, the bread was excessively hard and burnt, making the sandwich inedible.
Unfortunately, I had no choice but to throw the sandwich away, which was very frustrating and a waste of both food and money. I did not receive an offer to replace the sandwich or correct the mistake at the time.
I have generally had good experiences at Subway, which is why this incident was particularly disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that staff are reminded to follow customer instructions more carefully and ensure food quality standards are met.

They sell good subs with a good variety of meats and cold cuts. Their sauces are great and worth the money. They have some good offers too on the mobile app. The bourbon bbq steak sub is the best one I've tried here.
