something happened weird here with me the old man doesn’t allowed me to throw garbage in the dustbin because it was not from there own subway. Which is really so cheap. I dont knw whats wrong with this place dont knw how to greed people.

I just put garbage in the dustbin outside of the subway door, the old uncle who works their came out and took the garbage out from the dustbin and handover back to me, which literally felt gross to me and it such an unappreciated behaviour even though i was the customer. Really saddening. I am not going to visit there again.

I would give this place 0 star if I could. They are going to make people sick avoid this location. When I went in the girl was talking on her cell phone had to wait for to finish, then she tried to make my sandwich without washing her hands I had to tell her to wash her hands before making food. Got home, took a bite into the sandwich and knew something wasn't right the bread dough was raw. Went back spoke with the owner on the phone he was highly defensive saying it was a manufacturing issue not them. Nice story the dough is sent to you raw and you have to bake it so that a restaurant problem not manufacturing problem. I had to demand a refund and when I got my money back in cash even though I paid debit the girl short changed me and gave me colasanti tokens instead of loonies, I was done arguing with her at that point like how can you not realize the difference between a loonie and a token. Stay away unless you want to get sick the owner also told me on the phone raw dough does not make you sick, what a joke.

Everything about my experience has sucked, I tried calling the restaurant to remove something I didn't mean to order. Asked them to cancel the order and they said they couldn't refund me or anything, and the sandwiches were not made as ordered, or as to what was written on the build ticket.

My recent visit to the Subway in [windsor ] was disheartening due to subpar customer service and hygiene concerns. The staff responded rudely when I pointed out the improper mixing of vegetarian and non-vegetarian ingredients, including beef and pepperoni on the same cheese. This negligent practice extended to serving the same mixed cheese to vegetarian customers, highlighting a blatant disregard for dietary preferences and hygiene standards.Beyond the hygiene issue, the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, with staff engaging in a verbal altercation instead of addressing the concern professionally. This lack of accountability and customer care detracted from the dining experience, leaving a lasting negative impression. I hope this feedback prompts the management to reevaluate their practices for the benefit of both hygiene-conscious customers and the restaurant's reputation.

Subways gluten-free buns are the most horrible buns I have ever come across. My sandwich fell apart while it was being made and eating it. Not only that, but the taste of the bread made me stop eating altogether. The bread reminds me of stale cake that hasn't been covered in a decade. I would rather eat gluten and suffer the consequences of my allergy than be forced to eat that horrendous unedible bread that subway calls food. Subway needs to improve its options for the gluten-free community!
