I just ordered two footlong online i came early to the store and the lady she is working there is too rude . I asked to pack separately bcos one is veg sub and second is chicken sub. She said u didn't mentioned in your order in aggressive way. That's not a good behaviour in front of the customer

I like coming to this subway before I head to work around 12:40 PM, usually 2 women are working and they are really nice and loving I usually get a rotessery chicken sub and add a 10% Tip but today I wasn’t able to tip the machine didn’t even give me the option to tip I was not happy at all because I never carry cash and I love tipping the lady there because of her service.

Hours say 7am.. on the door and on Google. Employee was rude when I asked why they weren't open when they were supposed to be and she refuse to serve me. So I left. Will NOT EVER GO BACK. unprofessional.

Subway hours aren’t proper, I showed up at 9pm and the guy said he won’t serve because he already closed even though business hours in door and Google say 930. I will be contacting the franchise department and reporting this

Terrible customer service! I went in on Saturday evening around 8:22pm. The only man working there wasn't wearing a hair net and I noticed hair on the parchment paper. He saw the hair and removed it with the same gloves he made my sub with. When I asked him to change the paper and his gloves he got upset, kept rolling his eyes and was short with me. I'm not sure what his issue was. I asked nicely kept saying please and thank you.

Never coming here again. Looks really awkward with the whole coupon notices, but what bothered me was that none of the vegetables were fresh, and the broccoli cream was soggy, old and caused me indigestion. My guess the owner is cheap and their employees are in the same wagon.

I went here at 9:05 PM and they wouldn't serve me. But everywhere says it closes 9:30. Do better, you don't need to close 25 minutes early for closing. Won't waste my time ever going here again.

went into subway to get our lunch and the experience with the first lady was horrible. We were denied our coupon and our coupon had “build your own 12 inch sub and build another 2 6 inch subs” and she refused to let us get different kind of subs and forced us to get the same kind of subs even though the coupon clearly says “build your own” and she was being unprofessional and rude and she kept on rushing us when there was only 1 person behind us at the time. First time going there and that will be the last time im going there….. and our bill should be 34$ and somehow it became 40$???…
