The place itself is really good but the company and especially their customer service is one of the worst I've encountered so far. THOSE 5 STARS ARE JUST FOR THE RESTAURANT. THE COMPANY DESERVES -5 STARS.

Dear grandma who worked in the Subway (today). I don’t know her name but I would like to give you one suggestion. It doesn’t cost to be kind and polite !!!!!! Every one won’t know what’s in the food or how ours is made. STOP being racist. Just because I asked you wats in a particular sub, you shouted on me and gave what not expressions.Thank you for it to show how disgusting you are. I wish I can shout back on you right there but humanity came in between and wanted to complain about you but couldn’t anywhere.

I mean it's ok for people who live at the University, since it's the only place that has eatable food.
