Ordered delivery on the app. I’ve placed orders from other locations before with no problem. But have had issues with this location at least twice. Mainly orders being wrong.
Most recent problem: Ordered 3 subs, the main topping we want is pickles. Didn’t receive any calls or anything that there’s issues with our subs. When our order arrives, there’s a note on top saying they’re out of pickles. If I would’ve known that, I would have cancelled the whole order. When this issue has happened at other locations, they’ve called to let me know. Now I have 3 subs that are packed with veggies that we only wanted a little of, and none of what we actually want.
Waiting for a response back for a refund.
Avoid ordering from this location if possible. Something is always wrong.

Extremely Disappointing Service! The ordering process at this Subway location is unbelievably slow and disorganized. Staff seem uninterested, and it takes forever just to place a simple order. On top of that, they constantly mess up requests, showing zero attention to detail. If you’re in a rush or expect decent service, avoid this place at all costs!

Hope i had an option for zero star. We ordered for pickup of buy one get one for 1$ Firstly they gave us wrong ordered We had a bite and after that we got to know that the order was wrong So we requested them to make the right one so they agreed and now they put our order on hold for more than 20 minutes They are arguing for look at the camera footage as if we had made any mistakes We just want our refund.

I am a regular at the Subway chain and this is by far the Worst Experience I’ve had. I visited the restaurant on an afternoon when it was completely empty and I was the only customer. The people working there didn’t bother to even greet. From the moment, I placed the order…they were doing everything in a hurry giving off the vibe tht I was being served leftovers. The Herb and Cheese bread looked quite old and was noy properly toasted. The quantities were very less as well. Never had such a disappointing experience at Subway. These are reasons why I wouldn’t give the service even a single star.
Do Not visit the 33 University Ave West branch. It is horrible

I am very badly dissatisfied with the employeee and the way she made my food. I come weekly once take a footlong sub! For the first time I have seen such a rude behaviour! Worst experience ever with subway the girls working at 8:30 pm to 9:00 pm on 7th of november 2024 were so rude with me as i just asked them to put the tandoori sprinkle in my subs as there is no option for that in the app and i asked them to put a little bit more sauce but they didn't put more sauce and were answering back rudely. Thats so unappropriate and so unprofessional for the business and even when i aske their names they denied to tell thier names and even they were not having their name tags on ther shirt. The atmosphere what those girls have created at that time was so unprofessional that i would sleep hungry but will not visit this store again in my life.

As a downtown location, I expected much higher standards, but the cleanliness was disappointing. The prep area looked neglected, and there were food flies everywhere. While the staff wore gloves, they frequently touched various surfaces and then handled the food, which didn’t seem hygienic. After eating here, we both ended up with upset stomachs for two days. I hope management improves these conditions to ensure a better, safer experience for customers.
