I had a great experience at Subway today, and I just wanted to give a special shoutout to Mandeeb! From the moment I walked in, Mandeeb greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. He was patient, professional, and paid close attention to every detail while making my sandwich — exactly the way I like it.
You can tell he really cares about customer service and takes pride in his work. Everything was clean, fresh, and fast. Honestly, this was one of the best visits I’ve had at any Subway, and it’s all thanks to Mandeeb.

After being disappointed with my last order from lacking toppings I decided to give it another chance, ordered off Doordash and called in with a few requests for the sub, the woman who answered was very friendly and kind and ended up making my sub to complete and utter perfection~ (was ordered in early afternoon)

Stopped in tonight just before 8pm as I was famished & ordered a Chicken Rancher on Italian herb & cheese. Got home to find a meatball on plain on my bag. Sucks to throw away $10 for something I didn’t order. Too exhausted to go back out. It might’ve had to do with the distraction of a screeching 80s alarm clock that seemed to indicate take out orders were coming in. Renovations look nice though.

I ordered a BMT which is filled with salami or any meat of your choice. You did not give me any Type of meet besides a few slices of bacon. I’m very disappointed in this order and want to know if I can get a refund. $12 down the drain.

I enjoyed my meal, however I didn't enjoy listening to music from India. We do not live in India. This is canada. If we were in India it would make sense, but we're not. Please ask the workers to save there music for home.
A very bad customer service I have ever seen , I went to the store today between 10pm to 10:40 pm, and I ordered for a foot long veggie subway , upto that point a guy named VIJAY on customer service listen to me after that he added everything whatever he wanted to add. I showed my disappointment and left the store .
