While the staff here work hard and the quality is usually consistent and fresh, it is very often understaffed and wait times are long, even if orders was placed in advance. One person is just not enough. With online ordering and other services, the workers are often left scrambling by themselves with multiple orders/customers and i feel for them. You need to schedule more staff.

Bread was hard, barely any sauce when I asked for extra, and there was onions when I only asked for lettuce. I would've dealt with the mistakes if I didn't have a food sensitivity for specifically onions.

I’m not shy to admit that I am regular at subway. I enjoy my salami on the occasion. And I am a student at a nearby school so it makes a perfect lunch treat. So when I stroll up subway and have rude experience with staff I’m am at least disappointed. I will not name names (here’s a hint?) to whom is the rudest but this one employee treats the young teens from the school with a next to garbage level of respect. I get it ok do your job but do you have to have a spoiled attitude?! It’s very ofputting and would make me think about about here again. Now the food cookies are stale so major yuck and the beverages are flat and the Dr Pepper was outright sparkling water. Overall not a fan wouldn’t recommen.

there is many subways in windsor, go to anyone but this one! the lady was so rude and unpleasant for no reason. she was huffing while taking my order, bringing her personal stuff into work was not cool! then put lettuce on my lettuce when i asked for no lettuce! so rude.
Angel is awesome. Very hygienically prepares the sub in keeping view of vegetarian customers. 100% recommended for vegetarians!!

It's our favourite SUBWAY in Windsor... We ONLY, Only and Only go here as long as its open...Friendly staff (all of them)... Always get the order right... Great at customized requests... Always recommend new offerings or better tasting combinations ... Never frown or make faces if we ask for additional sauces or ingredients... Always very willing...
Vegetarian options: Separate section for Vegetarians.. Gloves changed with each order...
Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff... Kids menu available

I worked here in the summer of 2021 and what I seen was absurd to say the least everything from employees vaping in the freezer, serving customers expired meat well after it’s due date and employees getting in trouble for doing the dishes thoroughly because the manager insists it takes to long. This subway is a privately own business and I’m all for supporting local own businesses and then some but if you care about what you consume I highly recommend you stay away from this location.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been too. I ordered a cold cut and the meat was clearly expired. I went in to talk to the manager, wasn’t there but the employee working apologized and said the meat was fine. I would have liked a refund or some sort of discount as I couldn’t eat it. Will never be going back to this location again. Terrible experience.
