My name is Pravallika. When my husband and I visited your restaurant on October 10, 2025, for a DoorDash pickup, I asked one of the staff members if I could use the restroom while waiting for our order. She told me to wait for a minute, but after about ten minutes, she asked another staff member, who then said the restroom was clogged and out of order.
The staff member I initially spoke with, Vidya (night shift), was not very friendly or responsive. I felt that her attitude toward customers could have been more polite and considerate. Please kindly remind your team to treat all customers with respect and kindness — it makes a big difference in the experience.

$15 for a sub only to get it home and find out the bread is old and dried out... I thought because they pulled a brand new batch out they would be fresh. Very disappointing.

Flies everywhere landing on the toppings, employees acting like the toppings are coming out of their paycheques. I could count the pieces of lettuce they put on the sub. I asked for extra pickles and he barely took enough to cover the sub. Extra means you want to taste the topping in each bite. Tables were disgusting and dirty and you have to ask an employee to open the bathroom to which they ask if you’ve ordered food or not. Yes I did and I want to wash my hands before I eat? Also expect a tip when you pay lol what a joke. Worst subway I have ever been to. Employees are miserable everytime you go in.

You should not sell products if you can not provide a form of bag for takeout. Handing a hot bowl of soup with a lid that does not fit and expecting someone to just carry it around is just ridiculous.
Was asking for extra olives and this blonde woman who wasn't even making my sandwich kept telling my attendant that she was putting too many on when there was hardly any to begin with =S. One of the biggest franchises in the world and they can't afford to give you a decent amount of toppings? If your not going to make my sub the way I want, than what am I paying for? A sandwich kinda the way I like it? =S. Next time I'll just walk away if your not going to make it the way I want and have you absorb the cost and loss of product. Super stingy with toppings, very stand offish and rude. Wasn't pleased at all my with experience.

Very poor customer service and an unwillingness to accommodate an older gentleman who was in line in front of me trying to navigate the app to take advantage of an online discount. Staff and owner were very rude and needed several prompts to add a reasonable amount of toppings. Would not recommend this location.
The workers at this subways always do a great job! The girls who work here especially and the one taller guy are friendly and provide an efficient and pleasant service. There is one guy who is sometimes at the front cash, not in regular subway uniform but some kind of higher management outfit, a middle aged/older south asian man, whenever that man is there all the staff look really uncomfortable and stressed out while he leers and micronanages them in front of customers, and he is unpleasant as he cashes people out, never smiling or trying to be personable which is part of good customer service, but he acts like a bored cashier. Other than the manager/owner? man giving miserable vibes, I just wanted to say great job to the staff at this location because its a busy spot and you are always on point and friendly.
Question for everybody but when you order a sub Combo that means a sub an a drink right. This Subway is the worst very disrespectful. I Ordered a sub with no Tomato's (because Tomato's can kill me because i am allergic to them they went ahead and put tomato's on the sub asked for mayo and honey mustard on the sub which they did not do. when the order showed up there was no pop with the order so called on them and was told i did not order the combo when it says right on the bill that i did. the list goes on and on. for your own health and safety i Highly recommend not eating from this subway Will never get my or any of my familys business again
Olivia was amazing! Our group of five came in and ordered a total of ten subs, and we were definitely a handful—constantly adding veggies, switching things up, and asking for extras. Despite all that, Olivia was incredibly patient, respectful, and welcoming the entire time. You could tell she genuinely cared about providing great service, which is rare to see these days. Huge shoutout to her for making our visit a great one!

This was by far the BEST sub that I’ve ever had, my husband agrees. I’ve had some awful subway subs, stale bread, wilted toppings. Everything was fresh and our sub creator did an awesome job assembling it the way we like. We will go back again, I just hope the young man that was working tonight is there again. January 13th 2025 7:45 pm

This place was my go to spot for sandwhich. Very cheap on toppings. I see other custemers get more vegitables on their subway but I ask and they said me that I can't have more. Old indian man behind counter not very friendly.

Went on December 30 2024 with my friend to get a sub. The lady employee was so cheap with all the products being put and went light on majority of the toppings to save money. The owner was rude. When I asked the owner for napkins, he gave me two single napkins for me and my friend. I’ve never seen someone so cheap. Even the napkins he was cheap with. He was bothered when I asked for more as if he had given enough. It was just funny how you can be cheap about napkins that cost a couple cents. And then train the employees to be cheap with toppings and be mean when you ask for more because I’m supposed to be getting more

zero manners to treat a customer. Indian lady working today (14th dec) at 3:15pm. i am requesting the owner please train the staff i just asked them to put the sauces zigzag she was arguing me about that. she pointed out that the store policy is not letting her do that which is kind of silly thing. she mentioned owner will not let her do that. perviously customer service was good now its worst. you guys don’t deserve a single star.
