So I went to the Subway restaurant at McDougall and Tecumseh in Windsor. I asked for a tuna foot long. I asked to see the tuna first. There was hardly anything left in the container and it was all dried out and stuck on the sides. I said oh no I'm not eating that! They made no offer of mixing new tuna, instead they laughed at me! I ended up leaving with nothing because they were too lazy to do what they should have . I contacted customer service and complained. The manager of that store blamed me telling me I should have told them to mix more tuna! I told him it's not my job to tell his staff how to do their job. He made no concessions no offer to put right rude as rude as his employees. They lost a sale but I will never go there again ever. I've never seen such disgusting customer service.

Slow service hard to hear and understand,saw them put double cheses on when I didn't ask for it and I'm assuming I got charged for it but I don't know because the receipt is not detailed just says the combos I got prices are nuts

I ordered tuna and meat (steak) yesterday. the tuna was a bad odor and taste. the meat was not cooked well and does not fresh at all. un worthy price and experience. please change the quality of your food, I tried your items before covid was good but now I throw it in the garbage. sorry for the harsh review.

The worst subway store ever visited. The owner just want to save dollars by not putting in sauces as mentioned in application. Never to visit store or the store should be shut down permanently. And subway should take this store into serious notice and it spoil the reputation of subway just because of such crazy and the owners which should not been given a franchise which holds great place for the customer. I will have gave zero star if google review system have given me. NEVER VISIT THIS STORE IF YOU WANT A GOOD SUB. NO FRANCHISE SHOULD GIVE HIM OWNERSHIP.

There was a white girl on her shift (12 april2023 )Wednesday around 11pm she was so rude when I told her to make 2 subs for us 1 was vegetarian so we decided to complete it first and then make another one which is non veg. When I told her to make 2nd one she was behaving so rude and told me that why you shouldn’t tell me this before,you wasted my time which was so disrespectful and unacceptable.
