I was disappointed I went to get my normal type of sub and they don’t really do the BLTs anymore. You have to get a veggie sub and add bacon so they’re charging more money and most of the sub was lettuce. I don’t know if I’m ever going to buy food from Subway again

Out of the Subways I have visited so far in Windsor, this is one of the best. The staff here are very welcoming and I had a really good experience.
I took a Sweet Onion Teriyaki bowl here and made the mistake of taking habanero cheese (I usually take this for subs). I later realized that they can’t melt it again, so I asked them if they can keep some shredded cheese and they have given me without extra charge. The person infront of me was taking some cookies and I could see that the staff were giving recommendations which shows their dedication towards the customers.
The food was very well prepared and the staff was welcoming as well. These are the small things that make a difference in experience (sometimes can even make someone’s day). I was served by Archie.

Worst subway experience ever. Employee didn’t honour the online coupon QR code though it was not expired, later on Manager showed up and didn’t honour the coupon. He argued and behaved rude. Our ask was the store to follow the policy of the franchise. Why do these people think they can make their own polices ? If you want to ruin your day, please go this store!

Server was in a mood and snappy at everyone Got my subs and went to eat with my family for lunch. And found a bug mashed into my bread. Was disgusting. None of my family wanted to eat anymore after that Went and showed worker and she offered to remake half of my sandwich that had bugs in it as I already consumed the other half, threw the rest of our food out and went elsewhere. got the managers number and left a message and never heard back. Place is gross would definitely not come here again.

Food was mediocre at best— the establishment was lacking quite a few items, which means there are certain meals on the menu that they did not serve (disappointing). The churros were especially horrendous. It was stale, stringy, and tastes like eating straight dough with slight cinnamon on it. Service could be better ?♀️
Got a foot long cookie and it wasn't even cooked. The outside looked okay until you ripped a peice and was stringy and uncooked. Shouldn't be $6.60 for a cookie like that.
