Sugar Marmalade (Windsor) 糖记甜品

I’ve been going to Sugar Marmalade for several years and I absolutely love it, there’s nothing else like it in Windsor. It’s the best place you can go for Asian desserts and the food is fantastic as well. So many great menu options to choose from and it seems very authentic. The woman who I usually see working when I come in (I think the owner) is always very kind, friendly, welcoming, and attentive and offers amazing hospitality. She really makes you feel at home. The dishes are always plated beautifully, the restaurant is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I also like how they have a button at your table to call a staff member over when you’re ready, it’s very convenient. It’s honestly my favourite restaurant/dessert place in Windsor, never ordered something from here that wasn’t delicious! 11/10 I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Food was really good! Too bad I was too hungry to take photos, Highly recommended, the lady is super nice, and welcoming. Ordered chicken wings (seaweed and honey garlic) , takoyaki, hong kong style udon, cheese chicken popcorn , golden macao pudding and taro shaved ice. Will definitely go back.

New management! Great food and service. Came here for desert after our new years dinner. The lady owner was very friendly. My youngest was crying and she offered her a candy bracelet which calmed her down. We ordered the shaved mango ice cream and Mango sago. Perfect amount of sugar (not
So much) and nice presentation. Overall great experience. Will visit here again.

Their Taiwanese shaved ice is really good, keep coming back for that.
Parking is iffy, and their QR-code enabled menu is finicky.

If you’re looking to indulge in light, fresh dessert then this is the place for you. The ambience is cozy and the host is welcoming. We’ve made this place a regular family spot for all our sweet cravings bonus that the kids love it too!

Best desert in windsor. Shaved ice is just exceptional it’s comparable to Hawaiian shaved ice. Staff is japanese and they know what they are making.

We ordered mango shaved ice and it was phenomenal.

I went here couple times before. I don’t like to leave negative review, but today I found a sharp piece of plastic in my soup here, almost cut my tongue. I told the staff right away and they took the dish off the bill. However I hope they improve their food handling. I probably won’t come back.

Best pork belly I’ve ever had this place is a hidden gem, don’t sleep on their food the desert is all made fresh and is amazing but the food is insane. Get the pork belly and preserved vegetable if you like flavor.

I went there for my lunch break- I was the first to come in and there’s two groups that came after (they were asian and I’m not) after placing order before them they received their food first and some almost finished eating. It was only me so it should be easy. After 45 minutes waiting I went to the server and she told me they placed the orders before coming I saw her with my two eyes taking the orders. Anyways will not come back

The 2 ladies are very nice and kind. really good service. really good spot for trying out various desserts. my favourite thing to eat is fishcakes.
