Called to inquire about a large order for a holiday lunch. The woman on the phone was extremely short with me and seemed uninterested in assisting me. She stated I could not place an order of holiday cookies but they had holiday boxes available in store. I asked what was in the box and she kept repeating ”an assortment”. Seems odd a bakery won’t accept an advance order worth a few hundred dollars. I would recommend looking elsewhere and saving yourself a headache.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a bakery.
Tried to purchase 6 individual slices of pie that were previously packaged separately at 6.25 a piece, plus ) additional cupcakes.
I asked owner for a box and I would Rebox myself as I’m headed to a gathering. Keep in mind I’m her last customer of the day— so these cupcakes and key lime pie are going to either be sold tomorrow morning or thrown out.
She refused to let me purchase the single pieces of pie at FULL PRICE and put them in a box saying I could not use her counter for that.
Honestly, I’ve been going to Italia Bakery for years and now I know why. What awful service. I wouldn’t enter that establishment if you paid me too. The owner was awful and I’m so disappointed.

The place looks good. Unfortunately, I tried 3 different cupcakes and they all tasted pretty much the same: overly sweet and lacking real flavor. The only one that stood out a little was the vegan cupcake – the cocoa in the dough had a slight taste, but the cream and the rest were just sweet without depth. I really don’t understand the hype.

The owner is just as sweet as her amazing selection of cupcakes and pastries. If you haven't tried this place I strongly recommend you do. I've been here before and I'll be coming here again. Thank you.

The food get there is good, but the prices are kind of high for even small products. The manager is the personal best worker. The manager would always let me get off the hook if I was a few cents short like $.10 or $.25 but the workers won’t let me get something because I was two cents off like what type of workers do that and also every time I go there, they up their prices by like $.30
