We ordered off or Uber because we are sick. Two chicken noodle soups and a side of Mac and cheese. The noodle soup was cold and the mac and cheese was half empty the noodles were over cooked, soggy and all stuck together and old. Are you kidding me? No wonder so many businesses close in Windsor because restaurants just DONT CARE about the quality.

For the first time trying here, I was so disappointed with quality. The fries and poutine tasted stale, like they'd been sitting out far too long. The rib was mostly bone with barely any meat. The chicken was decent. Overall, not the experience I hoped for.

RAEDA was absolutely a pro at her job. Her service was impeccable! We are a difficult family with allergies and picky eaters.....and that is only my hubby! Lol. He has THE WORST dad humor imaginable! Raeda handled him like a pro. Our food was quick, super hot and no mistakes. Raeda was super attentive and made us feel very welcome. We will most definitely be returning to this Swiss Chalet as well as telling family and friends all about this restaurant. THANK YOU RAEDA!
