Really enjoyed our first time at this Swiss Chalet. Apparently there is new management that has come in and cleaned up the restaurant and improved the service. Kendra our server was amazing- very attentive and made our dinner a great experience.

A takeout order on a dark, stormy and busy night was discovered to be incomplete once at home, a call to Swiss Chalet was handled by Rita the Manager who acknowledged the omissions and promised full remedy, which was handled with complete satisfaction even three weeks later when I finally got a chance to return - thank you Rita!
