This was a pick up order from the Swiss Chalet in LaSalle - I had ordered on my phone on my way home and didn't have to wait very long for my order to be delivered to my car. Of course it was good - I've never had a bad meal at Swiss Chalet!

It was absolutely terrible! Long-term user of Swiss Chalet. Recently moved to the area and ordered 2 meals. We received about 10 fries each and a very small chicken wing for $60! Plus, the food was stone cold and awful! The manager gave us a bad attitude when we called for a refund and victim blamed us! Feel very ripped off and don't recommend this location at all!!!

Windsor is very difficult to find places that open beyond 9 pm, I get it, but now we’re becoming so populated and this should be looked into. My little family and I went to break our fast, only to find out they close at 8 now! Quite a shock, and truly harming businesses now to have it close this early

To be honest this is the worst restaurant you will ever have your food. They have stale fries and overcooked chicken. Ribs been cooked 3 days prior serving. Kids burger & pizza has been sitting in their refrigerator for months. My opinion this restaurant should be closed down as soon as possible otherwise people would die of food poison. Owner use to force their employee to use leftover chicken to make wraps. Their soups been sitting out from morning and then they use it for next day. Do not order from their app or walk in cuz everyone gonna have the same old & frozen food.
