I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. My meal was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious — no complaints at all.
What really stood out to me was the professionalism of the staff. I noticed a few customers being quite rude on Thanksgiving (of all days), and I felt genuinely bad for the young team working so hard as it was so busy. Despite the situation, they remained calm, polite, and handled everything with great maturity.
The staff truly deserve recognition for their effort and excellent performance service. I hope future guests will treat them with the kindness and respect they earn every day.

Ordered 2 quarter chicken, dark meat, meals with salads. The meat was extremely dry, almost crunchy. It seemed to have been prepared at the beginning of shift and sat under the warming lamps for hours. Used to be much better, has gone downhill very quickly. Last time I order anything at this location. Plus when I came into the empty restaurant, stood at cash register for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and there were 2 people working the drive thru window.
