Just ordered my food recently around 10 pm today, customer service was pathetic and even the girl with glasses at service window made weird faces when i politely asked for my second refill of coke. However, she refilled it with a negative attitude , i felt very devastated and disappointed with this incident. I never had such an issue at other place. So I recommend everyone not to visit this place ever in their life.

Ordered a veggie burger and large triple pickle poutine.
The good: staff are friendly and seem to be doing their job. Veggie burger was just okay but definitely not worth the price (almost 10 bucks LOL). The place looked relatively clean.
The bad: ordered a TRIPLE PICKLE poutine and received a DOUBLE PICKLE poutine like what the heck. Also the poutine tasted only of salt. I erroneously believed those tiktok advertisements for this. It has zero flavor. Secondly, the service is slow, but NOT the fault of the employees working. They need two workers putting toppings on burgers and handling the deep fried goods. Cashier and burger flipper can seriously outpace the topper.
Maybe I will come back if I'm drunk enough.

I used to be a regular customer here. But today, the middle eastern manager was super rude to me. I parked my car to buy a poutine and dine in. He came to me asked if I came on foot or parked, when I told him that I parked my car on the lot, he became rude and told me I can't park, I have to relocate or else my car will be towed. Like what the hell, you won't let your customer park your car on the parking lot? Really? Be respectful to your customers. I will never ever come back to this Harvey's after today's incident. Shameful.
