I have anyways been here and had a great experience but tonight was not the case! I love the ice cream but the customer service tonight with “Oshi” was awful! We had to call her from the back to ask about a cake I wanted to order and it was a hassle! Also my husband got a 1 scoop ice cream that wasn’t as big as my sister and I served by the other nice girl! We witnessed her just standing there not asking people or even saying hello can I help you! Instead was in back texting on her phone! I was in customer service for 10 years no one should treat anyone that way! She shouldn’t be in the customer service industry!

T Bear's uses Kawartha Dairy ice cream which in my opinion is 1 of the better ice creams and made in Ontario. Both female employees were very friendly and were polite.
Dietary restrictions: T Bear's also has about a dozen sugar free ice cream

Best flavors and quality ?
The ice cream was really good and fresh-tasting. They also had some sugar-free options, which I appreciated. It was reasonably priced too. My only issue was that the girl who served us did not seem to want to be there it seemed. The whole experience felt uncomfortable, and I was relieved when we finished up and were able to leave. All in all, it's a pretty decent ice cream spot. Maybe I just caught her on a bad day, lol.
Kid-friendliness: All kids love ice cream

Always great, but they need to be more consistency in scoop size.

Great place to go with freind or family. Lots of flavors and friendly staff.
Best ice-cream sundae ever. The owners serve during the day and are always super friendly, kind and sometimes they sneak an extra cherry on top.If you’re looking for a great ice-cream treat, go to T-Bear’s

Ice cream is okay. Service is okay. This place has many choices, but it needs a refresh. Seems a little tired.
