This is a great place, I love visiting every time I come visit Windsor lots of different flavours each time I try something new and it blows my mind with the taste! but unfortunately they have a bad customer service attitude, no smiles no welcoming its like she is forced to work. I really appreciate if you take this into consideration because it's not the 1st time this happens with the same girl and same action from her

Amazing! The ice cream was super delicious and fresh, and the young lady working there was so nice and friendly. She gave excellent scoops and made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re craving a treat!

Server working alone was very friendly courteous and efficient. ( just a note to mgt. ...consider cleaning the walkin door to shop...it's absolutely filthy) loved the rest of the experience.

So this is the cake we received it was picked up by a family friend since I live outta town and was easier for them to pickup and bring put here than us come but what a cake we got literally looks like a 5 year old did the cake and we payed 60$ and told all sales are final my sons name is spelled wrong , and pictures are ridiculous, the writing is very bad horrible customer service and to be told basically it is what it is call back when owners are here yeah for everyone who knows me in city which is alot have your friend make a cake for ya be better quality hell Costco does em better

2nd or 3rd time ordering from t bears creamery this evening. It will definitely be the last time visiting, I ordered a soft serve chocolate sundae which turned out to be a disgusting soupy mess, overflowing off the side just chocolate and ice cream dripping everywhere, it was a disgusting experience. I will never bring my family out here again.

Don't hire kids to work there. Ordered 2 1L and got one that's filled 3/4 and the other is 1/2. Usually it gets packed down. This wasn't $20 bucks worth. Lost a good client.

I have never felt so uncomfortable in an ice cream shop. As we walked in, they just stared at us and didn’t greet us or say anything. They had absolutely no personality to them and it seemed kind of uncanny. Even the way they talked was rude and kept eyeing us. Plus, all the ice cream and the ice cream cakes looked really old and clumpy. Never going back.

Picked up an ice cream cake for a birthday, we wanted to try here instead of Dairy Queen. The flavours were underwhelming and the icing tasted stale. For the price we paid we were expecting better quality. Staff was friendly.
Love this place and the menu options. Just wish they had a tip option on the card machine for the nice girls here!

Second Negative Experience with the same staff. I was in this Establishment today and the Girl behind the counter had no interest of providing good service. Doesnt seem like she wants to be there. Perceived as uncaring and unprofessional. My Icecream was not put into its Tray correctly and upon handing me the tray it all fell. Person behind the counter did not seem to care and 'offered' Replacement with annoyance. Not happy with the service at all.

I love this place. Real ice cream made the authentic way and without Baskin Robbins ridiculous prices. Great selection of original and traditional flavors. Also sundaes,cones,cakes,pies,etc.
