Wow if i could give this 0 stars i would. i had ordered a BEAN crunchwrap supreme and received meat!!!!!!! i have not eaten meat for almost 10 years. When I went in to talk to the manager she was extremely unhelpful she told me I could either only get my crunchwrap from my order refunded or have it remade, i did not want to pay for one of her employees mistakes so i had taken the refund and left hungry, upset, utterly disappointed and disgusted.
Vegetarian options: DO NOT GO IF YOU DONT EAT MEAT

Seems like they always forget some part of our order. They are good about replacing the item but why should I have to come back? I wish they would label the items that may help with them checking that the whole order is there.

We ordered food at 6:00 and it came at 8:00 we only live 6 km away. The food was cold fries were chewy and rubbery and the and the taco bread was sticking to the paper as we unwrapped it. There's no flavor it's dry, and for $47 we got so little food.

I have ordered going by drive through and ordered two chalupas, fries, drink, and one side of nacho cheese but this store is so bad and staff is so ridiculous that when I came back home and checked that if we have a side of nacho cheese in it but we can’t be able to find anywhere in our bag. This is not the first time. Even after spending money, we’re not getting our items that’s something unacceptable.

Easily the worst location in the city, the food is always overcooked, and very under portioned.
The parking lot definitely needs to be redone. Lots of large potholes and the area is kind of sketchy. But the inside of the Taco Bell is nice and has always been clean when I've been there. Service is good and there isn't a big wait time.

Need more employees or a better system.. having the line wait and speaker wait for the times look better for order is terrible waited currently over 40 mins to even place the order and the order time from speaker to window tonight was terrible I am Stuck and currently cannot back out of this line just ridiculous

Horrible service.First of all the lady sounded like she had an attitude then I place my 60 dollar order.Ok pull in front of the store I waited dam near 20 minutes then I get home fry supreme so salty all 3 we had to throw out then went I call there's no manager what ever never again.My grandkids live taco bell to??????
