This place is usually really great but today the service was super slow everyone stared at me and my friend for about 15 minutes before serving us. Also got a completely different food item than what I ordered I don’t even know what it was. Also they argued with me that I couldn’t substitute chicken for beef

I’m writing this review specifically because of the fantastic server I had. His name is Varshith and he is the shift supervisor. He went well above and beyond to help correct my mistakes while ordering and he did it with a smile on his face when a frown would have been warranted. I really hope this man continues to work in costumer service and I hope that he gets a raise or promotion promptly because he was the best employee I’ve dealt with at ANY fast food establishment in years. Well done, Varshith! 👍

I go to this Taco Bell all the time and they always leave me disappointed…from drive thru, going inside sitting to eat. Or even ubering… I’ve have the same person named ashmita mess up orders in drive thru multiple times Somehow messed up on my uber order and not give me all items including not even getting the correct items and can’t even get cash back for missing stuff it seems to be the same person over and over again… very poor communication skills and a lack of care for customer service.. a shame of what once was a beautiful thriving establishment management definitely needs to switch people out that can’t communicate and execute a job
