Giving a zero review here. We just ordered an $83.00 online in hoping to have our order prepared correctly when we got there. Well shame on us for thinking this was a possibility. We went to pick up the food and the person picking up the food said "Do I need to open up the bags and make sure the order is correct"?And of course the employee was all smiles and giggles and said "it's ok " Of course we get home and we are missing a Triple Melt Buritto which was on our receipt. We called the Taco Bell and we're told we need to deal with this on the App...BUT! THE TACO BELL STORE SCREWED UP.....The app didn't.. " I'm sorry...you have to take care of this through the app." is what we were told. We would have driven back due to their incompetence....to pick up what was paid for , but they said we had to deal with this on the app..By this time we are fuming...AGAIN DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCY!!!! Do your job people and do it right. Taco Bell Dougall Avenue customers beware!!!!Also we are calling to get our money back and nothing but the run around RIDICULOUS!!!! UPDATE!!!! The manager was to call us back regarding this issue and have not heard a word shame on you Taco Bell .Awful customer service.

Extremely disappointed that they thought it appropriate to give this to a customer who paid $3.89 a taco. Both of them were this full, and it's the most depressing tacos I've ever seen.
Whom ever was working the night shift on October 4th. Great job keeping up with the lineups. It didn't go unnoticed. Food was great ?

Got the “crunchy taco combo” for delivery. Driver did his job. Opened up the bag and my tacos weren’t even wrapped and the lettuce as well as the meat were all over the place. I had to peel lettuce off of almost everything. The tacos were also 90% lettuce and 10% meat. Very disappointed.

I love taco bell I know it's not for everyone. However they need to put meximelts back on menu it's too expensive to have them make one because everything is an extra charge.

they gave me maybe 2 teaspoons of meet on my fry supreme. i went back in and asked if there was anything they could do about it and the manager was not helpful whatsoever. i paid $9 for no almost no meat, and the fries are probably that expensive because of the meat! customer service at this location has never been good and never will be good.
