Pulled up to Taco Bell Saturday morning and gotta say the dude at the counter was different. Most times I gotta repeat myself ’cause people don’t catch my accent, but this guy got it first try and was smooth with it, even sounded fluent lol. That’s rare, fr. Plus he had a good vibe, smiling and actually made the whole thing quick and easy good thing they are hiring fine staff hahah. Solid experience 🔥
It was me and 1 other car at the drive thru. Dude makes me wait 5 minutes to take 1 persons order. I ended up pulling away because whoever is working at 330 pm on Saturday the 14th can only handle 1 person every 5 minutes. I'm sorry u can find a new job slow ass.

Bad service by employees her name janvi bad behaviour asked 9 times same order number while came for picking the order. It is impossible to listen order number after repeating 9 times. At the end said we will not provide order sorry.
I walked in and immediately didn't like the look of the place, so I didnt bother ordering, turned around and walked out. In these times if you don't buy American, why support India. That's quite literally, every dollar you hand to them a piece of it goes back home. So no thanks, I support Canada.
The employees on duty were not friendly or helpful. There was no basic courtesy shown, and when asked questions about the order, they responded with impatience or ignored the question altogether.
When I asked if my order was almost ready after waiting for 15 minutes, the cashier rolled her eyes and said, “We’re busy, wait your turn,” in a rude tone. There was no apology or explanation.
Giving a zero review here. We just ordered an $83.00 online in hoping to have our order prepared correctly when we got there. Well shame on us for thinking this was a possibility. We went to pick up the food and the person picking up the food said "Do I need to open up the bags and make sure the order is correct"?And of course the employee was all smiles and giggles and said "it's ok " Of course we get home and we are missing a Triple Melt Buritto which was on our receipt. We called the Taco Bell and we're told we need to deal with this on the App...BUT! THE TACO BELL STORE SCREWED UP.....The app didn't.. " I'm sorry...you have to take care of this through the app." is what we were told. We would have driven back due to their incompetence....to pick up what was paid for , but they said we had to deal with this on the app..By this time we are fuming...AGAIN DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCY!!!! Do your job people and do it right. Taco Bell Dougall Avenue customers beware!!!!Also we are calling to get our money back and nothing but the run around RIDICULOUS!!!!
UPDATE!!!! The manager was to call us back regarding this issue and have not heard a word shame on you Taco Bell .Awful customer service.
