Black lady at the front refused to give me her name or get a manager. Should be fired immediately. Tried to physically fought me over grabbing the cup and telling them to pound salt. Calling corporate.

They do not have regular fries anymore and can leave spice of them but refused. For someone who cant have all the msg in the seasoning its horrible. When I asked the worker she said o well its our policy. Used to love their fry supreme now I could care less to ever eat here again.

Order food from here with uber eats. Charged me 15 bucks for chicken bowl. Barely any chicken in there and 2 small spoons of rice. At this point yall should just send empty box why put food in it.

I had a really bad experience at the Taco Bell in Devonshire Mall (food court location). I ordered the Chicken Burrito Meal, but when I got it, there was no chicken , just rice and veggies. I went back to the counter to let them know, and the guy working there (a young, slim white guy with glasses) got really rude for no reason. Instead of helping or fixing the order, he got aggressive, said some inappropriate things, and honestly just lost it. I was shocked at how badly I was treated over something so simple. It was such an uncomfortable and upsetting experience I’ve never been treated like that at a fast food place before.
Definitely not how customer service should be. I won’t be going back to this location anytime soon.

I was at the mall and I decided to go to the food court and have some Taco Bell. I ordered a combo and I'm sitting there watching them and fill the container with my fries and then weigh it and they took one fry out because it weighed too much. Ridiculous

I had a frustrating experience at the Taco Bell in Devonshire Mall. This was my first time visiting this location as I’m from out of town. My order was taken incorrectly—I specifically asked for soft shell tacos but received hard shell tacos instead. When I politely requested the change, the cook in the back was visibly annoyed and made a big fuss about it. Rather than addressing the issue promptly, I was made to stand there and wait while she completed four other orders first.
To make matters worse, instead of making a fresh soft shell taco, she just scooped the filling from the hard shell tacos into soft shells. This not only seemed lazy but also left the tacos messy and unappetizing. It felt like my concern wasn’t valued, and the entire experience lacked basic customer service and professionalism.
This visit left a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively). I hope the staff improves their attitude and attention to detail in the future.
