went through the drive thru with a pretty big order and i ordered a doritos gordita crunch as it showed on the screen at the drive thru. i get my food and it’s not even on the receipt. i went back and told them what happened and i checked the new bag and it’s not even the right food item. unbelievable

We came 30 minutes after opening time and no one was at the counter, after 5 minutes of standing we called out to the staff sweeping and was ignored. Left hungry.

No one was in the drive thru and yet they somehow still mess up the order. Got regular fries instead of nacho fries and while specifically asking for fire sauce, they did not put even 1 in the bag.

Nov 26 2024 6:30pm The young man at the counter was very polite and professional, however the manager in the back was busy screaming at the staff and demeaning her employees, the whole restaurant could hear it. Pretty sad that the employees have to deal with that.

Who ever made order #195 on 09/20/2024 (i waited a while to post this) deserves a damn raise. This was probably the best experience I've had at a Taco Bell. Taco Bell needs to clone this person and put them in every location they have. The food was hot and each item was filled with the perfect amount of each ingredient. It was a pleasant surprise from the usual depression filled tacos. I'm afraid to go back because i know nothing will ever live up to the way that order was prepared.
PS. I'm only giving 4 stars because every other time has just been a disappointment.

Ordered a cheesey roll up, had no sauce. Every other location puts a sauce similar to quesadillas. Was also squishes flat so much that it was stuck to the wrapper.. thankfully only the cheap item was bad but doesn't excuse the fact.
