I was at drive thru today and it was my first time at taco bell and my friend was asking for taco with chicken but no beef All of a sudden the guy started raising his voice WHAT DRINK YOU WANT But the question we asked that there shouldn’t be not beef just chicken please But the guy was so much rude and he was raising his voice again and again And no answering what we were asking him Just continued doing his bullshit over headset And he didn’t even apologised nothing at all Never coming back here Such a third class customer service.

Today I visit there for dining and when was enter in the store the lady standing first billing counter she told me are you delivery driver how can she judge the people without any conversation he is delivery driver or customer who hired that type of unprofessional people in taco bell very bad experience

Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered a veggie bowl. And I attached what I paid for. I called them to kindly explain that half the food was missing and there was only like 2 teaspoons of rice. And the lady who claimed to be the manager went back and forth with me claiming that that's the portion they provide which is 3 scoops. I told her that's not what I received. I was going to go back and my husband said just forget it. Not worth driving back out in construction traffic so I wanted to make sure to warn you all. Look at the food before leaving. The fork is in there because we thought there was rice underneath the other side. Nope there's no rice.

I ordered in the drive thru, ended up changing my order several times so i tipped the worker $10 for the headache. they then pulled me around the corner since i had a large order. whoever the lady is that was working on August 31st at 10pm she was extremely disrespectful as she came out to not only hand me the food she threw it at me in my car almost spilling my bag… i literally caught it. i was so shocked at the disrespect i received after tipping and saying thank you to her. terrible customer service, she wasn’t even the one i was dealing with while ordering or at the window either! If you’re having a bad night it doesn’t mean you put it on other people! SMH.

The gentleman that was working at 1:30am Saturday July 19th, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He gave us great service and was so kind to make sure we had everything. He was working so hard, running the restaurant all by himself, and still had a smile on his face

It is Taco Bell...crap food that is amazing when you are hungry. 🤪
Went to get 60 tacos for my buddies party at work they wanted almost 300 bucks!! Like come on your taco bell here they should be like a buck fifty a taco not 5 bucks
Asked there manager if he wanted to make a deal of some sort for that amount of food just kept saying our POS system does this. I asked if she wanted to call the owner and see if he wanted to sell me 60 tacos at a decent she said no that wasn't possible
Long story short, I went across the street to Bobby burrito and got 50 tacos for 150 bucks. They were fresher bigger with real meat and more accommodating people

It seems the trend in all fast food restaurants is that the dine in customer is a 4th class customer. Drive through, door dash,on line orders all take presidents over dine in customers. When ordering with multiple people,all separate. All other means of ordering comes between people in line. Makes it hard to eat together when your group is spaced out in time so much.
