Beef shawarma meat was dried out, staff all in full beards but no hairnets. Owner sitting on top of the food prep tables on his phone straight to food prep. No washing hands between station changes. Taste was low to mediocre, covering the dry meat with sauces/spices. but maybe it was just a bad night trying to move bad stock. Won't be back to find out.

staff is always super friendly the owner really takes pride in his food always our favourite place to eat … but just wondering did u guys change your rice ? it used to have a yellow tinge with a cinnamon flavouring which i craved and now its not what it used to be doesn’t have much flavour 😞… will never stop me from ordering but really craving the other way u did your rice

We went to this restaurant several time, we liked their food that is why we went there again. Never charged any extra 15% service charge before. It was only the last time when we visited, and just to mention, most of the time we went there with our friends before as well. When my husband asked about the service charge, it was hilarious that the person who was at the cashier (probably the owner) got furious at us as if it was a crime to ask that question. He was shouting and said, “NO FOOD FOR YOU GUYS, STEP ASIDE”. And he was mentioning it was just $4 that came out your service charge. The lack of literacy shows here; it was not about that extra $4, it was about the policy and the disrespect that he was doing with us and he was saying, “ALL THE RESTAURANTS OUT THERE ARE CHARGING THE SAME”. It was wrong.I would say it is just a reflection of RACISM. If you don’t want to serve other region people you should mention it instead of insulting them. A service industry doesn’t work like that Mr. Owner! If you are in this industry you have to deal both good and bad reviews , that’s how you improve. Change your view and be a better person if you want to stay in this business. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I WAS SHOCKED AND TRAUMATISED. How he insulted us in-front of 10 more people in his restaurant !!!!
