The pad Thai was made with ketchup. The ingredients were cheap but what can I expect?

I had a great experience at Thai Express in Windsor. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu, and it was perfectly balanced,sweet, tangy, and spicy just the way I like it. The portion size was generous for the price.
The staff were friendly and quick, and my order was ready in no time. The place was clean and well-maintained.

Tasteless food and really bad customer service
The food was not good. The Employees was not good handle for people.
Today I’m dine in your restaurants I’m order my food your restaurant. employee say me wait for 5 minutes after 5 minutes he say me wait for 10 minutes after 10 minutes I ask you restaurant employee how long a time he say me wait for 15 minutes and he is use abuse language why why I pay my order why your employee use abuse language I think he is Indian guy black colour small height and heavy weight. Can you teach him next time he is use correct language and food ready within proper time.
Waited almost 30 minutes for my food,
And they didn’t even make my order right
Asked for mild and they gave me spicy.
