Great place if you're visiting from the US. You get a good view of the Detroit from the other side of the river. I'd suggest tying it out day and night to see the nice skyline. The food was decent, nothing to write home about though. The service was great, a lot better than what you typically find in the US. I guess its the Canadian politeness.

Today, I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the waitress's behaviour was completely inappropriate and, frankly, racist. She repeatedly told us to "go to the corner" in a condescending tone, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It was clear that her behavior was targeted, and it ruined what was supposed to be a nice outing. Feeling disrespected, we didn’t even bother staying for the meal and left immediately. It was shocking and disappointing to experience such behavior in this day and age. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Always have a great time when I come here. I had the chicken avocado wrap with parm fries, my son had chicken fingers with fries and we both really enjoyed our meals! Food was fresh, service was excellent, only downside was that it was raining so we couldn’t sit outside.. our server was Luke & he was very friendly & knowledgeable!

Beautiful place, very aesthetic, but the food was not good at all. Only decent thing there was were penne marinara, and that’s for the kids, my cousins wings were horribly undercooked, and my avocado wrap was just unappetizing. Not to mention the amazing waitress there was serving us, and cleaning tables all by herself. She was working so hard, I felt really bad for her she deserves a raise. As a foreigner, I know Canada has way more to offer but this was a bad first experience.

The view of the Detroit skyline is fantastic. But that is the only thing that this restaurant has going for it. The food was abysmal. Honestly the worst hundred dollars I have ever spent. I would have been happier losing it at the casino. My wife's Pizza looked like a Red Barons from the freezer section at the grocery store. Although that might be an insult to Red Baron.
Then the cocktails. Half the cocktail was just seltzer water from the gun. Who serves a margarita on the rocks that's carbonated? Honestly the worst cocktail ever. You can get better at a hole in the wall bar.

I had a lovely Ruben sandwich with fries and cup of coffee for lunch. The portion size was very generous, I was able to take home half the meal for dinner later. The only drawback was the music volume was very very loud on the patio which made it difficult to relax

The waiter Lou , was very rude. We walked in 20 minutes before closing, and claimed they were closed. Kept do
ing what he was doing. He was very unprofessional. I will never go back there and I will definitely let everyone else know

Beautiful place to go on a summer day. The day I went was threatening rain, so the patio was closed. The food was good, though, and the view was still excellent
I never leave reviews on anything because i never felt the need to, but they get the honor of my first review. The view and location is beautiful so its so unfortunate that's it's wasted on such horrible service and food. I don't know who employed the waiter there but hes really driving customers away. Worst service in all of Windsor is at The Bistro. Came for a quiet lunch on the riverfront and left very upset. I hoped the food would make up for the lack of kindess from the server, but the food itself can be compared to prison food.

If I can give zero I would. I always come here with my coworkers with no problem. Our go to place. However, today, I went with my wife and the only difference is she wears the scarf, and our 6 month old who was sitting in her lap quietly looking out the window. Granted they were busier today but apparently not too busy to serve those that came after us. We were seated right away but waited 30 minutes and still no menus were provided. Those that came after us were seated, provided with menus and drinks. When my wife asked the waiter if we could have menus he gave her attitude and said we are busy right now and to wait, in a very snarky tone. He then proceeded to help another couple that just walked in and gave them their menus. We walked right out of there. Never going back which is too bad as this was one of my favourite places to go to. If you are Muslim or have little ones, maybe avoid this place as when I come with my coworkers I am always treated with excellent service.
