How is this place even still in business? Never open and when it is there’s no one in there. They closed the underground which brought in most of the business. Fake positive reviews. Something sketchy going on for sure.

Seems nice
Very confused as to the hours of operation. We tried to contact them all day to confirm if they were open tonight, website/google and Facebook all say different times. At 6:30pm we went to the entrance where the signage on the door says Friday 5-2am and the lights were off and all the doors were locked? Very disappointing for our potential intro to The Chelsea.

Try Fish Bowl!
Attempted to celebrate my 25th birthday last Friday night. Booked reservations a week in advance. They were booked at the wrong location had harbour house call me back and tell me that they’ve arranged for the reservations to be at the proper location as the owner owns all of them. Reservations were booked for Friday at 7 PM, we arrive at 7:15 where we are told by employees that the location does not even open till 8. They had a week to let me know that the location wasn’t open and nobody decided to contact me. So I said fine we decided to grab drinks and then come back for 8 PM when they open. Upon arrival, our party of eight was given one paper menu for the entire table….
We had specifically chosen this location because of the vegan options and vegetarian options for people in our party, while asking about what’s available the waitress advised us that they had low inventory on everything including drinks. At this point she hadn’t even given us water. I was already very frustrated at the fact that I had booked these reservations a week in advance with no one even getting in touch with me about the place not being open, but then to arrive with nothing prepared not even like they were expecting us to come? Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been trying to phone the restaurant for days to get in touch with an owner to discuss this and hope to have it resolved but they apparently cannot be reached at any phone number. They lost out on entire table of eight people because they couldn’t even bother to give us decent service… so disappointing.

Cool atmosphere, great food and unique drinks. The service was fantastic as well. The Crispy chicken sandwich wound up being half a chicken and it was delicious.

The drinks were good and they had a good deal on the cocktails. The service was good. I disliked how loud the band was, they were good but you couldn't really hear them playing because it was so loud. The pizza took about an hour and it came burnt and undercooked at the same time. The outside crust was inedible and the meat in the middle was undercooked. Had higher expectations but was disappointed.
Visited on a Friday night. Amazing music/atmosphere. Bartender was super nice with a great personality. Drinks on point. Would definitely come back!

Last night my brother, his wife and I did a pub crawl. Our last stop was the Chelsea, the atmosphere was amazing everyone was having so much fun and it I set up beautifully ? extremely happy! I'll be back!
I really love this pizza I just wish they're cooking instructions would tell me how many minutes to cook it for I don't have a thermometer to know what the temperature of the pizza is to know when it's ready? simple easy instructions for those of us more challenged in the kitchen ?
