Had the egg nog Latte. It was the perfect mild egg nog flavour and not excessively sweet. Much better than Starbucks or other chain restaurant flavoured latte's.

Cappuccino is shown as medium on menu board yet when asked for a travel cup it was served in a small! According to server cappuccino is an exception! Staff not very friendly! Out of Chai again!

I absolutely love The Coffee Exchange! The atmosphere is incredible—as soon as you walk in, the air is filled with the wonderful aroma of freshly brewed coffee. But what truly sets this place apart is that they excel at more than just coffee.
The service is always amazing and the food and drinks are top-notch. I have to say, the matcha frappe is an absolute must-try. Even if you're a die-hard coffee drinker, you need to give this drink a shot. It's so delicious it might just make you fall in love with tea!

I come here quite often and have seen the staff deal with very difficult persons, today I came in twice and witnessed a man being very rude to the cashier and quite patronizing over a smile while she was smiling, and a lady who was shouting at a male worker because she refused to purchase something, as a customer the customer is not always right and the staff always seem to keep their cool and keep it pushing! I recommend this place for the consistent service great food and calm environment (I may add that I worked service in my youth, and never has a man told another man to smile at their work seems to be only women.., consider giving a smile to the employee before you demand one back.)

Coffee was good even the cashier suggestions were also good. I visited this place for the first time, but looks like staff were not welcoming. Zero ratings for customer service, i don’t know on the other side other customers were treated nicely but not me. I don’t know was it because of my skin color or maybe from where i belongs to i am not sure, but i felt it and never gonna visit this place again. Because me Starbucks and Tim Hortans staff are way more better then this place, Starbucks and Tim hortans employees still having million dollar smile on their face. And on the other hand at this place even a good coffee is not worth it of you have employees like this.

One of my favourite Windsor cafés, especially for getting work done. A large part of my thesis was written here. I love the Viennese cappuccino and the matcha frappé. Their sandwiches and bagels are also delicious. I appreciate that they are open late on weekends.
