I come here quite often and have seen the staff deal with very difficult persons, today I came in twice and witnessed a man being very rude to the cashier and quite patronizing over a smile while she was smiling, and a lady who was shouting at a male worker because she refused to purchase something, as a customer the customer is not always right and the staff always seem to keep their cool and keep it pushing! I recommend this place for the consistent service great food and calm environment (I may add that I worked service in my youth, and never has a man told another man to smile at their work seems to be only women.., consider giving a smile to the employee before you demand one back.)

Coffee was good even the cashier suggestions were also good. I visited this place for the first time, but looks like staff were not welcoming. Zero ratings for customer service, i don’t know on the other side other customers were treated nicely but not me. I don’t know was it because of my skin color or maybe from where i belongs to i am not sure, but i felt it and never gonna visit this place again. Because me Starbucks and Tim Hortans staff are way more better then this place, Starbucks and Tim hortans employees still having million dollar smile on their face. And on the other hand at this place even a good coffee is not worth it of you have employees like this.

The only thing that I didn't like that the lights turns off by 6 p.m and it's systematic so when we asked feom the people who work there to turn on the lights because it's pretty dark. They said they can't, because it's systematic. We were working on our laptops and when the lights turned off it was unpleasant and we weren't able focus or enjoy our staying any longer.

Best coffee shop I’ve been to. The matcha latte is unbeatable, everyone has to try it
Weekend staff need to step it up - the week days here are good - the weekend afternoon felt like they didn’t want to be here. No smile, no eye contact - sodas and lemonade ill prepared for the price. Time for a re-train. I will return to see if this was just a bad day - but they certainly didn’t help mine. Basically paid money to feel like we don’t matter.
