I regularly visit this cafe for my morning coffee and have always had a great experience with my drinks, friendly workers and the other regulars.This morning there was a rude customer that woke up and chose to be hateful (Islamophobic) towards me and my friends while we were waiting in line to order. Thank you to the worker that refused to give service to the entitled customer and being patient while they threw a tantrum and also to the lovely customer that stood up for us.I'm from Windsor and already know that one person's actionsdoes not represent the majority here and I'm thankful that despite everything happening nowadays, there are still kind people around.To the customer that was spewing hate, I think a walk by the riverside might help you vent your anger towards the world or therapy :)Will definitely continue coming here.

The baked goods have a lot of room for improvement. Only the s’mores cookie bar is something I’ve gone back for. The hot chocolate was good (it’s not dark but also too sweet).

We always enjoy a trip to the Coffee Exchange. The baked good are fresh and delicious, and the drinks are always great as well. I particularly enjoy their version of a London Fog, and their banana bread is awesome. I wish they had better hours and didn't close so early.
