She truly made our day 100% less stressful, and we would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

My husband and I got married in June 2025, and choosing Sam @ The Hub as our caterer was one of the best decisions we made. From the planning stages to the big day, everything was seamless. Sam worked with us to create a completely custom menu—from cocktail hour through dinner—and the food was incredible.
For cocktail hour, we had fried mac and cheese balls, candied bacon (OMG), goat cheese stuffed mushrooms, and BBQ brisket. Everything was beautifully presented, served on platters, and the staff made sure every guest got to enjoy the bites. They worked outside in one of the hottest days of the year and never missed a beat—truly professional and kind.
Dinner was equally amazing: the Hub salad (hands down the best salad I’ve ever had), white wine cream chicken, red wine beef tenderloin, twice-baked potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. Everything was perfectly timed with our speeches. I was especially worried about the chicken being dry (it’s hard to cook for that many people), but it came out hot, juicy, and full of flavor—absolutely perfect.
Our guests are still raving about the food, and I’m beyond grateful we chose Sam and her team for our wedding. She even delivered tastings to us beforehand with extra portions so we could have a nice dinner together before the big day.
If you’re looking for a caterer—stop looking. Sam @ The Hub is it. Whatever your event is, she’ll make it unforgettable.

We hired The Hub to cater four meals for us at a swim meet this weekend. Samantha the owner not only turns out the most delicious meals, she is so personable and friendly. She delivered everything at the exact time she said she would. She went above and beyond and when we needed more food last minute, she was on it. She had it delivered to us Immediately. The reason we needed more food was because her food was so delicious and people were going back for more!!! We served over 400 people and every single person raved about all of her food. From the lasagna to the burger bar ,the taco bar the chicken souvlaki… everything was SO fresh and delicious. I cannot say enough about The Hub and Samantha!! PLEASE USE THE HUB for your next event . You will not be sorry. I am planning parties in my mind for this summer just so I can order food from the hub!! I barely leave Google reviews, and I had to do this one. She made my life so easy!
