The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Windsor Devonshire

Had a family dinner at The Keg Devonshire. The staff were all friendly, our waiter was attentive and very helpful. The food was excellent. We will definitely go back.

Made reservations for four people didn't get the room I wanted. I ordered a steak and it was like a piece of shoe leather. My wife ordered steak sandwich and it was full of fat.

The service was excellent. Timing for drinks, salad and entree was perfect. Our server Grace was excellent. It was one of our best dinner experience at the Keg. It was a special dinner since it was my wife's birthday. Thank you

The food is always great. The service on the other hand was not good we got there at 430pm didnt get drinks till almost 5. Waited over an hour to just get our food. We asked what was going on instead of telling us they burned the mac n cheese and had to re cook a new one we just sat waiting everyone around us got food.

My sirloin Oscar was a bit chewy. After going through it I mentioned it to our waiter and he said we should have mentioned it from the outset(which I should have).A few minutes later the Manager came and apologized about the matter and offered a compensation on our drinks. Pleased with the manner was handled. Will still again to this establishment

It was a fantastic experience.It was actually our first time being at the cake at devonshire. Are raider dan was very polite friendly and very accommodating.Beautiful place and the food was excellent.

A beautiful meal with a terrific waiter. We were ushered to our table almout immediately by a friendly staff. We found the meal expensive , but good value and for us great for special occasions. We did find the noise level rather high. A memorable evening , and can't wait until we can afford it again.

I had keg classic dinner New York steak with garlic mash and beans. Never had a bad meal here. Expensive but worth it. Service is always fantastic.

Server was excellent always wanting to know if we needed anything else how was our meal filled our glasses and food as always perfect!

I'm rarely disappointed by The Keg, and this visit exceeded expectations. We celebrated a special occasion, & the staff was very attentive despite our smaller party, with larger tables making them busy (but not too busy for us). We thoroughly enjoyed our evening out. It has been a very long time since my last visit, and relieved to see that the Keg standards of food quality/portions/pricing, and staffing were what I look forward to.

I would have to say hands-down the best server I personally have ever experienced. Her name was Sam. She was prompt, friendly, courteous. Most of all engaging and attentive. I'd like to follow up by saying never have I had bad service at the keg Devonshire location. It was just that she was outstanding. Huge applause and the next time I will definitely request her as our server.

We had gift cards to use so thought we would have a date night. We were sat a table for 2 in a room with about 10 tables. I found it quite loud. It was difficult to have a private conversation and could hear others conversation at the table beside us. . The food was decent but a little over priced. Not sure I'd return and pay full price. If I didn't have gift cards this wouldn't be my first choice for dinner.

The only one thing I found wrong was the music was too loud in the dining room, we felt as if we had to talk loud to hear one another

We tried a few things from the new Fall Menu that night and my faves are the Spinach Dip and Sticky Toffee Pudding. The dip was so delicious and flavourful, I finished it all myself with the bread too! If I had more I would put it on everything, it was sooooooo good. Our only disappointment was the missing Steakhouse Cut Bacon which was on the menu only a few weeks ago. The server said no one ordered it, which was probably because no one saw it in the "Shareable Sides" section of the menu. This was a popular dish, everyone I talked to loved it from last year's Winter Grill Menu. Please bring it back and put it in Appetizer or Accompaniment, so people can see it.
