The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Windsor Riverside

We have Kendal as our server most times we go here. She is awesome and remembers our orders every time. Thank you for awesome service and great food every time!

The keg is always great service and food. The drinks were great. We loved the featured menu this season.

Went out for my birthday. Wasn't to busy since our reservations were later at night. Took a bit for our waiter to arrive. And then proceeded to wait an hr and half to get our food and I noticed the booth next to us which was there before our arrival also waiting similar timeline to receive their food. Atleast our steaks were hot and not cold when arrived. Food was good. You come to expect better service from the keg, so it was a bit disappointing. Waiting knew it was my birthday and said he was going to bring me their Billy minor pie afterwards and never did. At that point it was late and we were over it so we left. The Howard keg location is a much better run restaurant. Better service all around. I'll just go to that one from now on.

Very accommodating and attentive service in timely fashion, yet without rushing you through your meal. I couldn't imagine a better experience!

Although twice we were brought food that wasn't ours, the service was good & the meals were delicious!

Nice to see Turkey dinner offering for Thanksgiving. It's likely what caused the location we were at to be unexpectedly busy. The dinner service was just a little shy of 2 hours for 2 people. The things that you would expect to be great at the Keg, server, ambience, garlic mashed potatoes, Caesar salad and bread were all solid. Turkey was more like a turkey loaf, not sliced turkey. Dressing was very dry. I'm sure the business of the restaurant impacted the plating, some warm things, some cold things, some dry things. Always happy to visit the a Keg, a little off with this offering though.

The vegan Harvest Bowl was absolutely delicious. My partner enjoyed his Top Sirloin steak with a twice baked potato and said it was full of flavour. Our server, Riley, had the kindest personality and was professional. She made our experience pleasant; and she was just really sweet. Our hostess was wonderful; and seated us, according to our preferences. Excellent quality and service. Beautiful interior.

Everything was great, busy night, didn't receive my salads, but other that was disappointed in the removal of the fried cauliflower from the appetizer menu. It's still an excellent venue, the manager was very attentive.

The Keg is always tasty and reliable. Our server Moe was excellent and the staff at the hostess desk were friendly and welcoming even on a very busy evening.

Never have I had a bad meal there. Sat outside our server Riley made the evening very enjoyable

Everything was perfect, we were very well taken care of. We enjoyed the private setting. The food was incredible we tried a few appetizers that we have never tried before they were delicious.

It was one of the best dinners we've ever had. If i can give higer than a 5 star rating, i would. The food was sooooo good. It didnt take long to get our food and it came to us very hot so we know it didnt sit. Our waiter was exceptional. We kept telling Dillon (our waiter) that he looked like michael buble. We had fun with it all night. He even went and told his manager we said that and they laughed. At the end of the night we had our picture taken with him. What a fantastic 2 hours. Then we wobbled out of the restaurant being so full. I

We sat in the patio a waitress is absolutely incredible. It was for a birthday. Thanks again so much.

Every thing was great. Server was fantastic. But I made reservations 3 months in advance to get regular table in the bar area so could enjoy the view of the river because my sister hadn't sat and enjoyed the view. First they tried to sit us at a pub table. Then there was nothing in the dining room so we had to sit outside. It was nice but why could I not get the seats a requested when I reserved do much in advance.

Great night to celebrate! Moe our server, was amazing! Food was, as always, absolutely spot on. A great night.
