There are plenty of choices in wing flavors and lots of things to try. My only gripe was the prices were a bit on the high end.

I understand inflation but sometimes prices can get excessive.

Loved this place! Wing deal was decent considering how perfect the wings were. Crisp, juicy, flavourful! We loved the spinach dip with the bowl you can eat and the waitress was attentive and friendly. We aren't from Windsor but will definitely make an effort to go again when we get back there.

We were so anxious to try this place. We went late so we sat inside and didn’t enjoy the outside patio. All good.
Food quality is bad. If chicken wings are bad, know that it’s not a real chef inside.
Service was ok. I rated 2 because the server should have been more honest telling us about the quantity. To be fair, the quantity is huge. But bad quality.

They were quite busy the evening we went but our waiter was very kind to us and this place has the best caesar salad I've ever had.

Great restaurant with good food, awesome cocktails, and a really chill vibe on the patio. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good meal.
Staff is also super friendly.

The best wings in town! Great patio as well. A little loud at times, but that's how you know it's a vibrant place!

Came to Windsor for a softball tournament from four hours out of town, came with 4 adults and 4 kids for lunch and were served by EVAN.

Evan was INCREDIBLY attentive and personable, asking us if we were here for the tournaments (assuming lots of families have been rolling through from the same tourney), and chatted for a few mins about his family’s background with softball and whatnot.

He is obviously very good at his job, and we would be more than happy to have him as our server in the future.

Aside from the service, the food was excellent as well (one of the adults in our party had the pulled beef tacos and said that they were among the best tacos he’s EVER HAD, so that kind of says it all). It was made quickly, despite the place being pretty busy at the time, came out hot, and all the items we ordered were tasty and made with fresh ingredients.

Would absolutely return again, and definitely recommend this restaurant.
Everything was good as a baseline, but Evan elevated the experience significantly.
I hope the owners recognize the value they have with him, and prioritize retaining him.

The Loose Goose restaurant delivered one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had— a clear focus on profits over customer satisfaction, making it obvious that keeping guests happy is not a priority. This was one of the worst online shopping experiences we’ve ever had. Not only was our order incorrect, but the real issue started when we tried to resolve the problem. We initially tried to call the downtown location to place an order but were directed to the website. After picking up the order and arriving home, we realized the order was wrong. We called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the bartender mentioned that there were problems with online ordering. It took 2 days for the manager to call us back and when she did, she assumed our issue was with the quality of the food which wasn’t the case. It then took 2 more days to hear from the owner who would only communicate by email, as he said he needed everything in writing. Clearly, they have dealt with many customer issues before. What should’ve been a straightforward resolution turned into days of back-and-forth with no real progress. In the end, we were left with no resolution or proper apology. Between the poor handling of the order and the lackluster customer support, we won’t be visiting the Loose Goose again—and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Was welcomed in to go to the top of the restaurant and then boot it all after getting my food and my money as if I was nobody

Went here while we were in Windsor for a few days. Restaurant’s website said they were pet friendly but when we arrived with our small dog we were instantly met with attitude from the girl at the door saying that he wasn’t allowed here and that she had been telling management for a while to take that off the website. Super disappointed in her attitude and would definitely not recommend this place. You guys need to get your house in order and everyone on the same page
