The drinks were great, and experience was great the service was nice and the ambiance is like a typical bar. I didn't care for the chicken it not breaded and was hard for me to chew. The perch was very very good- seasoned and cooked perfectly. The fries and mozzarella sticks are great. I would them out again

Came here for a drink yesterday with some friends. It's the 3rd location for The Loose Goose that recently opened. The tables are well set up for small or large groups, and there's a bar at the back if you'd like to sit or stand there as well.Good food menu. We didn't order food, but everything that came out to the tables looked really good. I'd come back for a bite to eat for sure.Drinks were cheap and not watered down.Wheelchair accessible, including a large bathroom on the first floor.

I visited twice in the last two weeks. I was super excited to try out the new Loose Goose location in the Walkerville area. The venue is smaller but, well decorated, high ceilings, clean, and trendy, and has more seating than you'd expect. The first time we came in with a party of four, we were taken care of by two lovely waitresses. They were very attentive, helpful, funny, and accommodating. We ordered an app with add-ons, drinks all-around, and 3 entrees, and a kids meal. I ordered an entree this time. Great meal, great service, and so stoked with our experience. Fast forward to our next visit and it went quite different. We were seated, got our drinks, and then started ordering. We started with an app with add-ons, 2 entrees, and a kids meal. On this visit, I asked if I could order a kids meal, and our waitress A, immediately said NO. I said it usually isn't a problem. She said you need to be a kid to order that. I said okay, I passed it on to the next person while I looked for an alternative to order. A came back to me after everyone ordered, and I was still a bit undecided and said that I'd guess I would just do the full-size Goose bites. She looked at me annoyed and said, I'll go ask my manager if you can have a kids meal and walked away. She came back and rudely said, he said no, you can't have it. I said okay, and just ordered the full-size Goose bites. Afterward, we were waiting for our appetizer and it was taking a bit of time. We worried that it would come out with our food, so a member of my party asked politely if she had put the app in. A said, yep, sure did, and walked away toward the kitchen. A few minutes go by and she comes out with the appetizer. Places it on our table and says, some things just take longer and walks away. At that point, we were all a bit put off by the attitude. Especially since it was unwarranted. We just ate our food quietly and tried to enjoy our time together. A came back a few times and would specifically talk to me, knowing that I was trying to avoid conversation as if to be intimidating. I politely answered her still and just kept eating. She offered no refills (I had to ask another staff member), came back and asked if we needed boxes, and we said sure, and she didn't offer dessert, and just brought the bill. I understand that kids meals are for kids only, and I know that the restaurant is entitled to its rules. The thing is, we weren't trying to skimp and save, we ordered an appy, drinks, and full-size entrees. Not all people who want to order a kids meal are looking to save money. Some people just don't want to eat large portions of treat food and don't want to take it home for later either. I also didn't push for A to ask a manager, she took that upon herself. I was a bit disappointed that the manager just flatly said no with no consideration but, it is what it is. Also, my dad used to order the kids meal all the time, he physically couldn't eat more. If my dad had been with us and had been refused like I was, I would have gotten up and walked out. There are different reasons people order what they do, and it's something that they should keep in mind. Also, what if I had ordered take-out? And I ordered two entrees and two kids meals? Would they check ID when I picked up the food to see if there were two kids who were eating those meals? Or how about meal delivery services? I can deal with being refused a kids meal, I did, but A had no tact and was plain rude for no reason. Then doubled down by trying to intimidate and talk to me knowing that I was just trying to avoid conversation and instead of talking to the 3 other people at the table would direct her gaze and questions to me only. We still tipped but, not what we would normally tip which is 20% or more, like we did the first time. So, this whole experience left me disappointed since I love to support local. The food is great and the location is nice too but, it's unfortunate that the service was not.Parking: Parking in street. I’m not sure if they have a

Goose bites and Poutine were amazing !!! Service was excellent.
