Great pies and cakes and pastries. I got a lemon meringue pie last time in and it was excellent.

Expired and dried out Eclair and cannolli's. I will not be supporting a business that doesn't provide fresh baked goods

My husband and I went here to try a variety of desserts, maybe 10-15 different things. As we started trying the desserts we noticed most things tasted old and stale. The desserts tasted like the the fridge they were in, some of them even tasted sour. We were extremely disappointed to find mold in one of the desserts as well. This just confirmed to us that the desserts weren’t fresh. It ruined our entire experience and made me feel instantly sick.

I’m disappointed with my recent experience at this bakery. Instead of constructively addressing my concerns, the staff argued and made me feel uncomfortable. Good customer service is about listening, apologizing where needed, and working to resolve issues—not trading blame with customers. I hope the bakery will focus on polite communication and handling feedback more professionally in the future.

pleasant surprise.....gave it a try because the other bakery I usually go was closed
How is it possible for cheesecake to be dry?
Overbaking causes the cheesecake to dry out, leading to cracks as the custard contracts. The key is to remove the cheesecake from the oven when the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly. The residual heat will continue to cook the center as the cheesecake cools.
Ordered two cakes: German Chocolate and Walnut Torte. They looked big, beautiful and full of promise. Taste was underwhelming, the German Chocolate seemed like a box mix with too much icing. We had 12 guests: no one finished their pieces of cake.
I dont know who picked up the call, But some lady is very rude. Zero etiquettes. This not how you answer the call. Feels like she doesn’t even want to answer a simple question. WASTE.

Hit the pregnancy cravings like nothing else ❤️❤️❤️ their cheese cake is on another level
Came in and asked about doing a cake for our wedding and a lady was very rude and dismissive so I left. Instead of explaining why they can’t do it they just proceed to be rude. Never coming back here and will tell my friends not to use them as well. You want to be in this industry learn how to talk to your costumers.
My mom and I went in a few weeks ago to order a cake for my sister's birthday. She moved out west and haven't celebrated with her in years. Upon arrival they told me they couldn't find the cake and the order got lost. Very disappointing. For this reason I will not be back and highly suggest if you go through this bakery you have a back up plan!
Must try place for pastry lovers

Conveniently located with a variety of desserts, but the items that I purchased were unfortunately of poor quality. I'm not sure if I got unlucky, but my carrot cake cheesecake and red velvet macaron were very stale and the dairy in my tiramisu had clearly gone sour. Additionally, there is another establishment in the city that carries the same carrot cake cheesecake, but I have never gotten a stale slice from them. I believe my experience reflects a quality control issue. I write this not with the intention to insult your bakery, but to bring your attention to a potentially serious problem.
