It is with distress that I am leaving this review. Please be fully aware of the Twisted Apron seating policy. Only once all of your party has arrived will you be seated. My situation was a little unusual as that one of the members of my party was not sure what time she could join us, if at all. Even though we told the manager that we would proceed with lunch without our other party member, that was not good enough to get a seat. The bar seating was empty, but no one suggested that maybe we could start our meal there until our other friend arrived. Instead we were left with only one option of waiting for our friend to arrive. We chose to give our business to an establishment that would accommodate us. It is unfortunate that this happened as that the manager was in no way willing to try and make something work for us.

all the bad reviews about the wait, it doesn’t even matter. I would wait 2 hours for the twisted burger. the most flavorful, juiciest, yummiest burger i’ve ever had. the tots are good, the salted caramel espresso martini is very good, it tastes like an iced coffee. our awesome waitress, sherrie, also gave us recommendations and I took her recommendation on the twisted burger… ABSOLUTELY DO NOT REGRET IT!!!!!!!

Had a reservation for 4 people, 3 people arrived and I came later because I live very very far + there is construction. My friends made it to their table after waiting with others for a table and when I got there the owner refused to let me sit at my reserved seat. Horrible horrible thing to do to someone who drove so far and was a paying customer. My 4th seat stayed empty while people still waited in line, letting me sit in my reserved seat would not have pushed back the line…. So weird…

Absolutely loved our brunch experience here! The steak and eggs were the highlight — the steak was tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, paired perfectly with fluffy eggs and crispy breakfast potatoes that were golden on the outside and soft inside. Every plate was beautifully presented — from the colorful fresh fruit bowl to the rich and indulgent French toast topped with berries and powdered sugar.
We also tried the egg sandwich with marble rye — packed with flavor and layered with creamy cheese, bacon, and veggies. Even the drinks were on point — refreshing and not overly sweet.
Service was fantastic — our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. One of the biggest bonuses? The place is dog-friendly, and our pup was even offered water while we enjoyed our meal on the patio.
Pricing was surprisingly reasonable considering the quality, portion sizes, and overall vibe. Clean, cozy, and relaxed — everything you want in a weekend brunch spot. We’ll 100% be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re in Windsor!

Awful owner, some staff are rude and disrespectful. The owner suggested I feed my newborn in the bathroom instead of offering to sit at the table I would be ordering at, while I waited no more than 5 minutes for the other party to arrive. I could have said it was just me eating there and they would have given me the table so this policy makes no sense.
Tried this place after many recommendations and it exceeded my expectations, food was absolutely delicious and our server Ava was fantastic, super nice and attentive

I'll take one of everything please! Their menu is vast and delicious. It has your standard brunch treats, and then some fun and interesting combos as well. Everything was absolutely amazing. The service was great and the ambiance was fun and lively. I love the new-ish location. It's so bright.
