Came for brunch on a Saturday there was a little bit of a wait but not too bad. Was able to walk around the neighborhood & see other places. Once seated we were greeted right away by our server kim. She was excellent! Got our drink orders in & food came out fairly quickly for being so busy. I had the meat lover omlette with marble rye toast & fruit, my mom had the Eggs Benny Poutine & my bestie had the Mediterranean plate. We all loved our food & coffees! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Windsor. Everything is excellent from service to food!

I visited this restaurant for the first time on my birthday, as we wanted to try a popular Canadian spot for breakfast and lunch. The food and ambiance were great, but the service was disappointing. The mid-aged lady who served us seemed unfriendly — she didn’t allow my friend to move his chair closer or take our photo, even though it wasn’t busy. When I asked about vegetarian options and possible changes to the menu, she seemed least interested in helping or suggesting alternatives. It felt uncomfortable and unequal, especially since the younger staff around seemed polite and cheerful. Every customer deserves to be treated with the same respect and warmth, as we’re all paying for the same experience.

My husband and I went here in July for our anniversary breakfast and revisited last week. This establishments is very consistent with their food. The hot honey benny is easily the best breakfast item that I have ever had. The chicken is always seasoned and moist. The crème brûlée French toast is also another spotlight item. The customer service is always great and food comes out fast. The portion sizes are also large, we were full the rest of the day.

Food was delicious. What turned our group off was when we were finished eating but still having our coffee and chatting, the ‘manager’ basically came up and told us to leave because we were taking up a table and we were done eating. We still were having our coffees and drinks, and may have ordered dessert, but we were told we had to leave to free up the table. Couldn’t believe it, this has never happened before. Food was good, but will never return because of this. Honestly I’ve heard the owner and manager were not nice people, and she just proved it. Terrible.
