This place came highly recommended by locals and boy did it not disappoint. Popped in to get a small bite and the roasted beet salad was fantastic with the dressing even better. Bonus points because they allow half portions which was the exact amount that I wanted! It was very busy, but luckily I was able to squeeze in a seat at the bar!

Celiac, Gluten free Went here after leaving another restaurant that was not safe. I was leery because of the experience at the previous restaurant but they were good here. They have a dedicated fryer, toaster and take precautions with preparation areas. I still ordered something that should be naturally gluten free, but I felt comfortable that I received safe food. Would go again.

This place is cool, pretty chic. The wait was long, with very little room inside to stand. Once we ate, we felt the wait wasn't worth it. The food was mediocre and the drinks were light on the alcohol. My partner would return but I would not. So, try it for yourself.

First time in the new location. The atmosphere was so nice. The place was packed as it was during the art walk. We made a reservation same day and were still able to get in. I got the breakfast sandwich with mini hash browns, I suggest asking for light garlic aioli. I got it on rye instead of what it normally comes with. My friends each got a salad, they were very pleased with their meals as well. My friend was not crazy about the tomato soup however. We asked the waitress lots of questions and called her over a few times and every time she was very kind, pleasant and attentive. We were very impressed with her.

I have been going to The Twisted Apron for years and it never disappoints! The menu is AMAZING. And the chef is extremely creative and knows flavours well.
I split a sweet dish - crème brûlé French toast….so good. And the weekly special - Hot honey meat lovers tater tot waffle with a sunny side up egg on top and WOW. It is a mistake if this doesn’t end up on the menu permanently. It’s sweet and savoury, the waffle is tater tots, I mean come on!
Honourable mention to the gingerbread pancakes! Just look at them.

The food was very yummy. I had the creme brule French toast and it exceeded expectations. It's very busy so expect to wait for a table. I found it very loud, hard to have a conversation but the inside is nice and seating was comfortable. The staff were all happy and friendly. I hope to return soon and try something new as there is many options on the menu that sounded tasty.

We visited today for brunch and were absolutely amazed by this place! Emma our Server at the Bar was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The entire team worked well together and the place was bumping. The food was delicious and came out very quick. The icing on the cake were the drinks. We had a specialty coffee and a Caesar.
