Celebrated my 30th birthday here and it was amazing!! The whole team were so helpful, kind, and patient about everything. They went above and beyond and made my birthday incredibly special. Can’t thank them enough ❤️

The Staff are beyond amazing!!! Beautiful safe space located in the lovely little Italy on Erie st. Food and drinks are fantastic reasonable prices. The Drag Queens are fun gorgeous and talented. Always a fantastic time had at The Well Windsor!!!!!

Tried to call five times during daytime operating hours to ask about accessibility, none of the calls were answered which is frustrating. Ended up visiting on a Saturday night. DJ was trash and trashed - neither are a good look for a new bar. Staff were a bit arrogant and slow considering the place was maybe 20% full. I’d rather go to a “straight bar” with good service, better music and attentive staff. We’ll see how long this one lasts.

Went for the drag show on a Saturday slightly underwhelming. Lights were so bright it felt like daytime, staff said like don’t dim. But they went down after the show…….. then around 1:00am they kicked everyone out saying there was a power outage but the lights were still on and debit machines were still taking our money? lol over all a bit of a strange experience. Very clean.

Great location. 1 bartender alone on a Friday night caused long drink delays last Friday. Staff are kind to patrons.
I was there last night ,had a great time with new and old friends, The show was great . The music was amazing so glad they have Kevin Bailey spinning. I will be back for sure.

We visited The Well during their opening week which happened to coincide with Pride Week!
Atmosphere was great ( three floors, no elevator - don't say I didn't warn you!), staff are awesome (shout out to Liam and Jayce), the drinks were OMG good but the food - sooo good! Surprisingly good actually.
Really cozy, all three floors are styled differently so you enjoy what resonates with you. Parking is close by. We will be back!

Went on Thursday night for the opening and was greeted by the lovely staff. I was truly in aw on how stunning this place turned out to be. The rooftop was by far my favourite part. Looking forward to spending more nights here!

Came out to The Well multiple times already to see what it was all about. The first floor has a beautiful bar inside that is perfect for more intimate time for chatting with friends and staff. Second floor has a BEAUTIFUL area with AMAZING drag performances that I was lucky enough to see on their opening night. The rooftop bar has beautiful views and a nice space to just be able to drink outside and cool off. The staff were all so friendly and had the best personalities. The food was to die for and the prices for the food and the drinks were fairly priced. 10/10 will be going back and would recommend.
