They run an excellent kids class teaching them good fundamentals.
Excellent place to learn jiu jitsu. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the coaches are very knowledgeable. whether you’re advanced, or a complete beginner you will feel welcome to train here, learn a lot, get a great workout and meet good people!
The insrtuctors are top notch people and the curriculum is very practical, useful and enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone with a new or existing interest in jiu-jitsu.
