I came in during brunch to order a chilli and sandwich during my break. Armina did a fantastic job with making sure I was satisfied with my order. In the past when I had asked for extra butter packets, salt, pepper or even toasting the bread that comes with the chilli, I had always felt like I was annoying the person making the food. However, Armina was always smiling and was more than happy to give me what I needed. So thank you for making me feel welcomed! The food was also amazing!

There's never a dull moment at the Tim Hortons downtown, located across from the Detroit tunnel. Being in the middle of a busy downtown area, you're bound to see some interesting characters and unique events. While some might be put off by the number of homeless people and addicts in the area, it's these unique individuals that make this particular location special.
As for the staff, they're generally average. There have been times when they seem a bit understaffed, which can cause a slight delay in getting your order. However, the unique atmosphere makes this Tim Hortons a memorable experience.
