This is the second time I’ve had to experience something very disappointing at your Tim Hortons. Earlier this morning, I ordered an Iced Capp and a Double Stuf Oreo Iced Capp. While drinking my Iced Capp, I noticed a hair inside the cup. I even clicked pictures of it from both inside and outside to make sure. I really don’t understand why such unhygienic practices are happening, and honestly, I am very disappointed. This is not only unpleasant but also raises serious concerns about health and food safety. If incidents like this are overlooked, they can easily affect someone’s health, and then who will take the responsibility? I do not want to escalate this matter legally or create unnecessary trouble, but I believe this is something that definitely needs attention. Please take this matter seriously and ensure stricter hygiene checks in your stores so that customers like me don’t have to face such issues again. For your reference, the order was placed through the drive-thru around 5:10 AM. I expect a proper response and action regarding this matter.

Today morning at 5:14 am, I came to Tim Hortons with my friend. The dusky complexion girl working at the front with brown hair was very rude. (Not the girl with tattoos—she is always very sweet and calm.) But the other girl’s behavior was extremely rude. Please look into this and take action.

Good coffee like all the other branches but not punctual at all. They mentioned that they open at 5am in the morning and I went around 5:10ish. There were two cars parked outside and I could see the staff just chatting inside. I knocked the door 3 times, there was a random car which came for drive thru but the staff just ignored completely. This was very disrespectful and I formally request the management to do something about this.

This place is a joke. The staff are rude, lazy, and act like you’re an inconvenience. It’s filthy sticky floors, dirty tables, and I swear a raccoon lives in the back. The frozen quencher tasted like cold medicine mixed with sewer water. I wouldn’t come back if they paid me. Shut this dump down for the love of God.
I went to the drive-through there ordertaking speaker was so bad on the top of that. They were out of frozen quenchers and when I ask for creamy-chill They said no to that either they should improve.
