Went there today at 3:20 p.m. and tried getting the coconut donuts and didn't see them in the rack and asked the cashier if they had any in the back and she said they were not making no more. I've been told that they make them up until 5:00 p.m. not a happy customer with that location. Also they don't answer the phone and when they do they act like they don't hear you and hang up.

I usually like Tim Hortons, but my recent visit was not a good experience. The staff showed very bad manners and were not polite at all. They were rude while taking the order and did not respond properly to simple questions. Customer service is very important, and I felt disrespected during my visit.
I hope management takes this seriously and trains the staff to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism.

I was amazed that a Tim Hortons like this still exists. I received exactly what I ordered, my bagel wasn't burned to a crisp and there wasn't 5lbs of butter on it, dripping everywhere. The staff in the morning (6am) are extraordinary.

Homeless people are constantly chilling at this drive-thru begging for change while you try to order, they never have any food you want to order. I came here at 10am today and they had no eggs for breakfast items and I came back later again for lunch and they had no buns for sandwiches and the lady on the mic offers 0 alternatives, just “nope don’t have it” so I just reversed out and went to one down the street. Avoid this place, just go down the road to a Tim’s that actually cares and hires Canadians that care.

im not sure i should give a review here, but we tried to stop here twice after crossing back over from the USA, we wanted to get a coffee and an iced cap and there were people using drugs sitting all around the area. we asked to use a bathroom they said that we weren't allowed, which was fine, we didn't feel safe. About 8 months later we crossed back over to Canada and tried to stop here again, but was at 7am. we figured it would be a safer time then the first attempt at this location. The door was locked to get in but it was surrounded by sketchy people using drugs. we will avoid this location for safety reasons.
