Staff are super slow, having personal conversation instead of helping customers.... This is the worst TH in Windsor .... They only care about drive thru times and allow counter customers to wait a long time for anything besides coffee as you see items flying out the DT Window (because of time targets on DT).... Staff is very inattentive and shows complete lack of caring.

Diehard Returns

The blonde lady that works in the morning shift at the window(around 6-6:30 am) she’s very ignorant and looks like she hates working there EVERYDAY. I always say thank you have a nice day and I get back mhmm. Not to mention they mix up my orders all the time. I said ice cap! Not ice coffee.

Cant make a order right!!!
6 orders in a row all missing or wrong items eg order bkfast sandwich got a bagel, ordered ice cap got a ice coffee,receipt was correct.

Night shift is absolutely terrible I go everyday before work and maybe 2 times outta 5 they give me a tea like I ordered the other 3 I get a coffee instead unacceptable considering I'm only ordering 1 thing 😡

went 4 times today for me, my girlfriend and her family. Everytime it was the same girl and got it wrong every single time. My iced coffee didn’t have any ice and managed to have coffee grains in it. No idea how it’s managed to get it in my drink but it was absolutely disgusting
