The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The staff barely speaks or understands English and they're in no hurry to make your food. It took 10 minutes to make my turkey sandwich once and they always mangle the bagels. They're slow, careless and don't care about their jobs at all (who can blame them?). The Tims at Roseville Gardens Dr and Tecumseh is a few minutes away and they actually know what they're doing. Go there instead.

Bought a simply sausage b4 work today, asked for it on biscuit they ran out so she offered it on English muffin. When I went to eat it, my English muffin wasn't toasted...not impressed. Will b calling to complain.

Worst customer service in the whole city! I will never spend a dime at this location due to its incompetent manager who likes to work only for the people she knows and are friends with! They only care for drive thru and I am pretty sure they suck at that too as I have missed few items from time to time when I ordered from drive thru as well! Hire employees that are well trained and above all hire a manager that knows basic people skills.

Manager Sucks ! Whenever I ordered something she was in an Insane and Arrogant Behaviour even though she behaves like a VIP person . Moreover , Tea and food over there is cold and unfresh ! It’s much better to changed the Lady manager and concentrate much on Better food and hot teas Thanks
