Bought a simply sausage b4 work today, asked for it on biscuit they ran out so she offered it on English muffin. When I went to eat it, my English muffin wasn't toasted...not impressed. Will b calling to complain.
I had a great experience at this location thanks to Dilsher who provided excellent customer service! I needed potato wedges for dinner at 10pm and had no luck at any of the grocery stores after driving all around town. I then called nearly 20 Tim Hortons and all told me they didn’t have any wedges. But this location with Dilsher answering the phone was the only one to say I don’t have any now but I can make some for you! He graciously made me 3 orders of wedges for our dinner...
Staff is very slow and not trained very well. This falls on managers not doing their job properly
Parking: Limited number of spaces, usually have to park in the church parking lot. Pathetic!!
