Quality of services has gone WAY DOWN. Orders are damn near always done wrong, as basic as a coffee w/ 1 sugar 2 cream, having to go back because of continuous error in food and drink orders. Management must have changed over the last few years, the previous female owner ran this place much better. Need to retrain their staff or hire those that actually want to do the job. Ridiculous.
Unfortunately, this is the closest location so we frequent this location often but it's definitely worth the drive to go elsewhere if you'd like to avoid the persistent issues. I surely understand the rush as I used to work between this & another location but to slow down & get the order correct so the customer doesn't have to drive back & you don't have to waste product to remake the order seems worth it.

As a delivery boy, you have to wait long time yo pickup your order. Atleast 10-15mins. Some times more than that.

This Tim Hortons pockets your money! I had a coupon on my app that was clearly active 2 breakfast sandwich for $6 and I got charged full price, I pulled up to the window and it was $15 even for 2 coffee and 2 breakfast sandwich. It should have been just under $10 for the order. At the same time I looked at my app and it says the coupon was used. So clearly someone inside is pocketing the money.

I would be happy with my ice coffee if there wasn't 3/4 full of ice and a splash of ice coffee. Horrible lately. I have to order with no ice to avoid this whole situation lately . Even if I say little ice, its jam packed with ice. Im not tipping for a cup of ice , sorry .

Went in today because they messed up my order. There was a man named Sahil that helped me out and gave the best customer service I’ve seen. He was able to compensate for my food and had a good attitude.

The manager here DeeDee is an exceptional leader. She takes time to listen and treats everyone with utmost respect. This store is ultra busy but she works hard to make sure everyone is doing their best. She is on the floor continually watching how things operate. Today she helped be with a TimCard problem on my IPhone…..Alleluia. I don’t know if she ever goes home to rest. Great place DeeDee and you train your staff well. 👍

M. (in training) I apologize I don't see his full name, at the cash on Wyandotte near Lauzon was one of the most energetic and uplifting individuals I’ve ever encountered. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming, and this store truly stands out. The treatment from all of the staff makes me want to stop by every day for a coffee and breakfast. What a perfect way to start the day! Thank you all so much for creating such a positive experience. See you tomorrow.

I live close to this store & usually go in for take out daily of 3 LG Iced Capps, sometimes 4 LG.
I've also bought donuts & or Cheese flatbread pizza.
I've been to 4 other Timmies in the city & buy pretty much the same, if I'm in their area.
But this Timmies has the runniest & watery Iced Capps. Any other store I've visited has them nice & thick as they should be. So I don't know what your store is doing differently but need to take lessons from the other stores.

Pleasant staff, but woefully slow. They seemed to have 3 trainees on the counter who didn't seem to know what they were doing.

This is my Tim in my neighbourhood for 7 years now. I recently started to drive all the way to mchughs location because these guys here can’t make coffee. I visited multiple Tim’s in my life. That is the first one that DEMANDS we specify how many pumps of flavour we want. Everyone other Tim’s knows that small coffee is 2 pumps. Medium 3 pumps. It’s not rocket science. If I pay 0.60 for flavour give me my all the pumps I paid for. Why should I explain and specify what I’m ordering??? You are the only ONLY Tim’s that keeps asking. So I went in today to get my coffee. I waited to see how she makes it. Sure enough… 1 pump. I told her what it’s supposed to be.
Why do I need to specify!!!!! If you go to McDonald’s and ask for a combo will they ask if you want fries??? It comes with.
