The manager here DeeDee is an exceptional leader. She takes time to listen and treats everyone with utmost respect. This store is ultra busy but she works hard to make sure everyone is doing their best. She is on the floor continually watching how things operate. Today she helped be with a TimCard problem on my IPhone…..Alleluia. I don’t know if she ever goes home to rest. Great place DeeDee and you train your staff well. 👍
M. (in training) I apologize I don't see his full name, at the cash on Wyandotte near Lauzon was one of the most energetic and uplifting individuals I’ve ever encountered. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming, and this store truly stands out. The treatment from all of the staff makes me want to stop by every day for a coffee and breakfast. Ordered a latte through mobile order today and the espresso machine was broken when I arrived at this location. When I was unable to process the refund through the app. I went inside to ask for a refund and was treated with suspicion. I think some of the workers forget that the customer is always right
