Went in today because they messed up my order. There was a man named Sahil that helped me out and gave the best customer service I’ve seen. He was able to compensate for my food and had a good attitude.
The manager here DeeDee is an exceptional leader. She takes time to listen and treats everyone with utmost respect. This store is ultra busy but she works hard to make sure everyone is doing their best. She is on the floor continually watching how things operate. Today she helped be with a TimCard problem on my IPhone…..Alleluia. I don’t know if she ever goes home to rest. Great place DeeDee and you train your staff well. 👍
M. (in training) I apologize I don't see his full name, at the cash on Wyandotte near Lauzon was one of the most energetic and uplifting individuals I’ve ever encountered. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming, and this store truly stands out. The treatment from all of the staff makes me want to stop by every day for a coffee and breakfast.
