I grab a coffee everyday from this location. Great staff during the week! But usually on the weekends there is on particular girl working the drive through who is very rude. I place an order , have to repeat myself and she gave attitude on the intercom. After I see her throwing my food on the counter and then told the lady giving me my order that the attitude from the one girl was unacceptable! I did read another bad review on the same issue I have , so im assuming they were talking about the same girl !

This location had amazing service what happened after the renovations? The way this employee answered me last night when I asked her about dark roast coffee was so not acceptable!! And when I said ill wait till you make more because that's always the excuse I get when I ask about dark roast at 10pm is we don't have customers so we don't make coffee!! She was so disrespectful I said fine im not going to argue forget it she says that perfect that's not how we treated customers when I worked years ago and this location had great customer service but I guess it doesn't exist anymore!!

After this place got renovated it honestly went downhill and mind you this is my favourite Tim Hortons out of all of Windsor. It’s a shame honestly. Me and my husband went to go get food. It is 12 o’clock and you guys don’t have anything other than drinks And pastries?? You guys don’t have any lunch items at 12:00 PM? That’s wild !!! Can’t wait for you guys to step up your game like you used too
