After this place got renovated it honestly went downhill and mind you this is my favourite Tim Hortons out of all of Windsor. It’s a shame honestly. Me and my husband went to go get food. It is 12 o’clock and you guys don’t have anything other than drinks And pastries?? You guys don’t have any lunch items at 12:00 PM? That’s wild !!! Can’t wait for you guys to step up your game like you used too

Unbelievable. 5 minutes ago, I was there, ordered a bagel, and when I received it, it wasn't burned with 2L of butter on it. It was absolutely perfect. I have not seen a bagel from a Tim Horton's made properly in at least 5 years, and I thank you. I thank you so much for my perfect bagel.

The staff is super LOUDDD. they are talking to each other about random stuff based on their life and day from one end of the station to the other, the whole tims can hear them. I couldn't even hear my company. They need to maintain a decorum and welcoming atmosphere and not make it seem like they r the only ones present. I hope someone can tell them this. Other than that the location is very nice and very well settled.
