The staff is super LOUDDD. they are talking to each other about random stuff based on their life and day from one end of the station to the other, the whole tims can hear them. I couldn't even hear my company. They need to maintain a decorum and welcoming atmosphere and not make it seem like they r the only ones present. I hope someone can tell them this. Other than that the location is very nice and very well settled.

Visited this Tim hortons with my grand father today, cashier was incredibly friendly, but when I accidentally grabbed someoneās elseās bag of food on accident, a different employee said in a very rude tone āum, this is not your orderā and gave the rudest stink eye you could imagine. Was not impressed. My sister worked at Tim hortons in the past at a different location and I know if someone accidentally did that, she would have done the opposite way of responding to an accident. Will not be going to this location again. Thereās a way of talking to someone. Not impressed. Very rude staff member. I understand everyone has bad days, but woah.

This store has really depreciated. Poor service, poor quality baked goods and my cup consistently seems to be underfilled. The long wait at times when there shouldn't be. The amount of times my order has been served incorrectly has increased dramatically they past few years...I haven't changed my order for twenty years! There are a few people I enjoy seeing, but it's only a few, when I used to enjoy a majority. This store is no longer one of my favorites!

Absolutely the worst experience at Tim Hortons today! I ordered at the drive-thru and my order was completely messed up. I decided to go inside to have it fixed, hoping for a quick resolution, but things only got worse. The staff member who prepared my food was unbelievably rude. She had no regard for customer service and made the entire situation even more frustrating. It was a terrible experience overall. I highly recommend avoiding this locationāsave yourself the hassle and disappointment!
