I usually come to this Tim Hortons and never had issues before, but today around 4:30 PM I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The crew member said she couldn’t hear me, so I repeated my tea order. At the next window, she again asked what I ordered, so I repeated it a third time. Her tone was quite rude, and even after repeating it multiple times, the order was still wrong. When I mentioned it, she showed attitude instead of apologizing. Really poor customer service — we come for tea, not for attitude.

This location is good for the most part, what irritates me is a girl on drive threw rushes u through your order, we had it all ready to we weren't waiting and making up our minds, we asked for the first thing and befor we even got to the next item she was giving us our total then sighing wehe we said that's not all. I almost never complain but come on now this is not the first time.
