This location is good for the most part, what irritates me is a girl on drive threw rushes u through your order, we had it all ready to we weren't waiting and making up our minds, we asked for the first thing and befor we even got to the next item she was giving us our total then sighing wehe we said that's not all. I almost never complain but come on now this is not the first time.

Came into Tim's this morning and ordered the steak and egg on a home style biscuit with a hash brown, nothing was heated up at all, bun wasn't toasted, meat was cold like right out of a fridge and even the egg was cold enough so the cheese didn't melt at all, the hash brown is hard to mess up but it tasted like the oil was very old. There is a cricket in here somewhere and no one seems to care about it

Parking: This Tim's is in a large shopping plaza so parking is everywhere

I was at the drive thru about 10 min ago, ordered a buffalo wrap, all I have to say is, if you are in the service industry be nice to people, I always say “thank u, and u r welcome”, however half the people at this location are rude and don’t have simple manners .

Staff poorly trained.Manager ( April 22.2024. at 4.40pm) very rude when her staff made a mistake taking order after I complained.Telling me to leave drive through in the very rude manner saying NOW LEAVE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME.Owner should be more aware who is promoted to work as manager because this young female has no manners for work to clean toilets let alone working with clients.

Afternoon Staff FEB 20 2024 (Younger People) Messed up My Order, had to drive back to fix it, they didn't even apologize, offer anything extra or even say thank you! They even had the nerve to joke in front of me to each other that they messed up my order. It was Timbits too so it literally would've taken no effort to just get me an extra order, but nope. Very disappointed.
