Your employee was rude to me because I took the lid off my tea cup while at the counter. She informed me there were cameras watching me to make sure nothing happened with the tea because I might sue Tim Hortons. All drinks must have a lid on. Never in all the years I purchased food and drinks has anyone ever spoke to me so ..

I found this Tim Horton's to be too small to maneuver through the line and tables and chairs I need to charge my power chair and there was no wheel chair seating
Vegetarian options: I did not try the vegetarian options but I did see that they had some
Parking: This Tim Hortons is located in the plaza with the Royal Bank at the corner of Dougal and Cabana

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm restricted to a chair I found these coffee shop entrance doors are too close together there's not enough room to open the doors and be able to get through the doors to enter the coffee shop
Schedule more people!!! Never once have I been served here in less than 20 minutes and it’s not the workers faults

Went in last week and I made an order I waited alot and the employees including the manager speaking all between them different language and looking at me while talking loud their language .I felt very uncomfortable .never again going there.
