I wish I could give this a 0 stars 🙄 this is the second order they messed up… last week they give me a clumsy iced capp that was terrible condition this week they give me an iced Capp that I didn’t ask for… I asked for whip cream with it they didn’t even do it… nor gave me a damn straw… how am I supposed to drink something with no straw? And even the drink tastes weird! Yall get your stuff together bc this is dumb

Patricia at the Dougall Tim Hortons always makes the experience a lot better. She’s quick, polite, and actually takes the time to get the order right without rushing you through. Even on busy mornings, she keeps a positive attitude and treats people with respect, which you don’t always see at fast-paced spots. It’s small things—like remembering details and greeting customers warmly—that stand out. Definitely one of the friendliest and most professional workers there.

I highly recommend this Tim Hortons! Wherever you go, the coffee tastes the same, but what really makes the difference here is the service. From the way they attend to you until you receive your coffee, everything is done with such care.
Patricia, the person who served me, was exceptionally kind and thoughtful with her words. I travel around Windsor,LaSalle every day, but I’ve never met someone as kind as Patricia. She truly made my visit special.

Best Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte I’ve ever had from a Tim Hortons. They forgot to warm up my muffin tho but that’s okay. I’m a food service worker too and I forget things like this too. Pro tip: ask for almond milk in your pumpkin spice drinks!
